Disappointing communication and service on transfer of receivers. I understand transfers are not a money maker and are typically a convenience service for customers. But clear communication on the price and notification when the items arrive is expected.My wife ordered three receivers as a Christmas present and scheduled them to ship/transfer thru Alpha. A month after the order, she contacted the store checking if the receivers had arrived, was told over the phone that Alpha didn’t have them. Checked a couple weeks later, same answer. She checked with the shipper and they provided tracking showing the receivers had been at Alpha for over a month. After the third call with tracking, they were able to “find them in the back”. They charged $30 per receiver, even though they are all recorded on the same 4473 on one transfer. The fact they charge per receiver was not originally communicated.Overall, I’m disappointed in their communication and would not recommend.

If you looking to get your LTC this is the place to go. Steve made the experience very informative, and so very interesting. I actually did it as a last minute decision when I went in. So glad I did! Five stars for sure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The absolute best place to practice your handgun proficiency. The staff are knowledgeable and professional. They have everything you need to get your LTC.Plenty to choose from handguns and long guns. They can even make repairs. Go check them out.
