Was in Albertsons on 7th today to pick up a few things. I was just blown away at how helpful everyone was. People stocking the shelves asked if they could help me find anything, and the deli ladies were just the nicest people. All of them! Wow!
Customer service is not lost in this town! Good job Albertsons!

I just don't understand what is going on with this store. Customer service is horrible, this past weekend 6/8/2024. I walked out without my groceries that i needed, i gave them $200 worth of groceries back.

I've been going to this location 11+ years now. The new employees seem to not care about customer service like the old crew did. I knew each and every employee by name years ago(from store manager down to cart attendant)
I'm not sure what's going on with the new crew, all employees barely speak when you come in contact with them, also while the cashier is waiting on your payment he/she will be on facebook. The New store manager is so arrogant and aggressive, so so sad. This location is not the same, Stateline location is also horrible rating that location a 2/10.

This was the 1st time I've ever been to an Albertsons. The store was nicely laid out and the staff were so nice and welcoming. JQ in deli department was especially helpful. I will definitely return.

This pharmacy's customer service has gotten to be the worst.. They never have the meds ready when you need them.. they don't send you a text when they are and yes we are signed up. Certain people behind counter is ridiculously RUDE.. we will be looking for another pharmacy.
