me and my husband opened an account here in wells fargo in terrell,tx in december WITH BLANCA and when we opened it it was a checking account we gave her THE OFFER FOR $300 Code and she said we will be receiving the $$ in 3 Months it has now been 4 1/2 months and no $$ have been deposited into our account, I make an appointment today to speak about the issue and ask questions, i arrived to my appointment and another banker DARIELA , i continue to tell her about the issue, asks for my id , and then she said that my offer expired about 1 month ago and that i was supposed to add a direct deposit to the account , NEVER WHEN I OPENED the account was mentioned that we had to do direct deposit. even after we opened the account we still confirmed with BLANCA if we were getting the $300 offer in 3 months and she said YES , now i know that the $300 offer deal is a lie and a scam to try to get people to open an account with them , now i will be looking for another bank to trust my money with … Thanks…

This bank is making me so mad!!!! Atm near my house is always down!!! Whenever I need cash atm never has cash!!! Went into the branch the other day and there was only ONE TELLER and about 10 people on line!!! I think it's time to change banks. One who actually is there for the customers!!!!

Too difficult to do business with Wells Fargo in Terrell. The ATM’s are down more than they are working. Only the walk up location is available and the hours are not convenient. They usually only have 1 or two tellers available with long lines. You have to make an appointment to do almost anything with your account, including closing your accounts. If you don’t have an appointment to close your accounts, you can withdraw all of your money and then have to call customer service the following day. Then they charge you a fee for a cashiers check and don’t tell you. Very inconvenient and unprofessional! DO BETTER WELLS FARGO!

This is a terrible location, came 2 days straight though I have an appointment with them they asked me to come back the following which is totally unacceptable, cant believe well fargo’s customer service at this location

This place will hold your money hostage. They wouldn’t cash a check that I wrote after verifying on the phone that I approved the check. It is bad when the banks won’t let you have access to your money.

Oh my God! Let's start with how amazing this bank teller got me up-to-date with having a new card that hasn't been delivered to my house yet and updated on Gpay with my phone. Usually, I'm ahead of the game when it comes to technology but this lady floored me. I'm impressed! Haha thank you
