This was the Valero in Terrell. The clerk couldn't tell me where any items I was searching for where. Agitated when id ask a question & was talking on her cell. I also bought ten $2 scratch off tickets & realized when I got home she only gave me nine.

Oh my God. The Mexican lady that works over night is very rude to me. I asked her if I ever did something to her in our life before this. She smack her lips and teeth. I tried to make peace but she acts like I done something to her. I ask what I do, she has no answer. She is very unprofessional. I don't want anyone to suffer with out job. If management see this. Please, no one is disappointed or displeased. I just have to say something about this. Smh

My mom works here so I stop in and visit with her now and then. She has worked there since I was a kid and most of the ladies have been there just as long. They are always super friendly. I love that they sell milk as I could run in the middle of the night and grab some of I ran out.

Assistant manager Gina says she was too busy to take care of me. A paying customer... She had one Customer in there at the counter. And they were talking about what they're gonna do over the weekend. But she did not have time to do lottery for me. Good job, Valero, you got you a winner there.(NOT)
