I needed a simple fresh new sofa. So, went to Traylor Furniture in Terrell on my lunch, and I was assisted by Sharon. She was patient as we walked through the store to sit and see every sofa in my price range and style. She was knowledgeable about the quality and durability. But above all, she provided excellent customer service. I asked her to hold a sofa that was in the showcase window for one day, and she did. Upon my arrival the next day, I made the purchase! A beautiful Ashley sofa with a great price, plus 5% off. It was delivered today by two professional young men. I am overjoyed with their outstanding customer service. I can't wait to make my next purchase (a floor lamp and a chair). Thank you Sharon for being so kindhearted to me. It goes a long way.

We bought my husband a lift chair before his bilateral knee replacement. Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with. He sat down in more chairs than I can count and no one rushed him at all. We will for sure buy more furniture from here!!!!
