I just don't understand how a Tstop of this size is (always out of water). No water,coffee, food, showers, restrooms. Toilets are completely full and near running over. What a mess... This has been a problem all summer... I would hate to be the cleaning person that has to cleanup the mess in the bathrooms. Why doesn't this get fixed... If you're not going to supply a bathroom, get some porta potties... People are using the parking lot as a toilet..

Very poor performance, signing takes an hour, I ask how much they charge for PM services he said it is 440 to 460 max the I came to put order eventually he said I will have a technician to put you on bay but waited for an hour and went back to check , he said you have to wait at least 3 hours, still I am like okay ? and I keep asking if they have right filters or no because last time I wait 4 hours and then said we don’t have the filter for freightliner 2019, again he said once you are on bay we will find out if we have or no?♀️. Finally shift changed and at 4 pm and start working, the TA professional technician changed the oil and filters when I did the payment came to start the truck it’s not starting ?♀️ he add fuel in water separator and pumped so it started then I keep the engine running for 2 hours. Late night I switch off and slept when I wake up it was not starting again. Went back to shop the guy said come back at 8 am so I can assign a technician to fix it for you I he stated that you will be first. But when I came at 8 am he put the technician to finish another task took one more hour then finally technician came started checking but at the beginning he was wondering how to find out what happened, I said yesterday the technician add fuel here in the fuel filter and pumped so it started. He said ok that might help he started adding fuel it was not getting trough, I asked him take off the fuel filter and put it back ? when he opened the fuel filter was not emplaced properly and gaskets was dangling into the filter ???. He put all back pumped and started. So it was sucking air and couldn’t start.
Front desk asked me how do you want to pay for the failed pm service? I am like what what you gotta pay me for staying extra 3 hours.
Now you drives be careful and watch them what they doing.
I know their policy will not let you stand with TA professional technician but try at least if not check after completing the task.

Even for a truck stop, the men's bathroom is abysmal. Piss all over the seats, piss all over the floors, stall doors missing locks, sinks are covered in hair, dirt, mold. Absolutely subpar.

I bought a Sandwich on subway and the lady gave me a good service, but when I paid something else at the cashier she was so rude and racist to me even tho I speak full English, I saw her name in her chest which is Melisa or Melissa, and she still got mad because I paid with an Old $5 bill, it wasn't even in bad conditions just old, and she got mad, but I give 5 stars to the black lady at subways

First off very ugly staff. The old lady rudely tells me I can't make pizza hut purchases at the cash register. Every TA in the entire world allows you too except for this that's a stupid rule. This place is extremely nasty and the workers are rude. They're not good enough to have to be placing these standards to tell you what to do to begin with. And there's a church outside. They NEED it bad. The only positive thing besides the church is they have truck parking. 2 3 rows in the very back. Unless you're desperate I wouldn't bother.

Great experience today! The Service rep Nico was straight up with me, letting me know it might be a few hours before he could get to my repair. He was very friendly, courteous and professional.
The Technician Julian was also all of the above. My repair was done quickly and seamlessly.
Both of them had a great attitude and were very easy to work with. Thanks again foe a great experience!
