I have an rv and went to Free Up Storage to look at storing it. I spoke with Teresa who was helpful and went out of her way to help me. This is one of the cleanest facilities I've ever been to.

This place is amazing and will do everything in their power to make your experience one of the best. They made the upgrade process the easiest I have had. Shortly after the upgrade we had our door break and Theresa was immediately trying to figure out how to fix this for us. She has always had the best customer service and worked through every problem we have had in a timely manner. That isn't something you find easily anymore and I highly recommend storing with them!

We had some issues paying on time and Teresa not only worked with us, but she didn't make us feel bad about our situation. Customer respect is difficult to find these day and I deeply appreciate the professionalism.

Truly pleasant individuals working there. Theresa was so sweet and helpful. Facility is clean and kept up. And their prices are amazing! I went from paying 321 from my old storage company to paying 84 a month for a unit that is literally just 5 feet smaller! So happy for the change!

Theresa gave amazing customer service. She had made sure to give me options on the units to choose from and answered all my questions. Shes was just great overall.
