Horrible customer service, got sold the wrong thing by a new worker and then when I told them about it. Was told I couldn't switch them out.I will be disputing the card with the bank so guess I win in the end. Next time you should try to make amends instead of scamming people

I've been going to this place for over four years. I spend about $1,500 to $1,700 a month there in gas and groceries. I was short on a cup of coffee, and they just expected me to go get the rest. It is truly a shame when less than a dollar is more important than loyalty. I'll be taking my business to Cowboys Quick Stop from now on.

It was kind of late at night but it was slow no line but when I asked if I could use the restroom I was informed that it was out of order. The one person that was in front of me said that it's been out of order since she's been going there, 18 years.

got there to get gas and use there restroom and they refused to let me use the bathroom he stated it was closed for cleaning so I told him I will wait and he precedes to tell me to go to the qt up the street. I have a rewards account with shell but I will now be cancelling that and will never come back to any shell.
