I love doing the whole sign up process online. I was emailed my access code and unit number making it easy and convenient to move in on my own time and revisit on my own schedule. Highly recommend this storage facility.

Been using them off and on for a year or two. Very professional, understanding, and just overall a good place to rent a storage unit from!They understand life sometimes gets in the way, especially right now how times are. Great management and workers. Highly recommend!

Staff extremely rude, "always short staffed", will charge you a late fee even when you are set up for auto-draft and they fail to do their job. At the end of the day, most companies are short staffed - so don't get rude and demeaning when YOU FAIL to do your job and your tenants are just trying to make sure YOU stay on track. I don't get paid to do your job, don't try to put it on me that you are lacking.

This is a great storage space that's easy to get to and has a security gate. They have climate controlled storage as well and I wish I could have gotten a climate controlled space in the small size I needed but I only need it for a few weeks anyway so I'm good. Carmen is great at the front desk, leasing was super easy and I just checked in, got my lock and I was good to go.

I absolutely love this place, staff is great and I come and go constantly to grab my boat and travel trailer, always clean and no one ever comes out with attitude or bothers you. Very cleaned and well kepted
