I inquired online and got a call back quickly. Cameron was absolutely amazing. He was not pushy. He answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable. Given the circumstances of why I was getting a new vehicle, he was very understanding and professional. The process was fairly quick and Cameron even sat in my Ascent with me to set everything up. If you’re in the market for a Subaru, I highly suggest you start here. Even if they don’t have what you are looking for, they will do their best to get it! Wasn’t stressful at all, and they play great 90s country.

I started coming to Norm Reeves because it was the closest subaru dealer to my home. At first I dealt with Josh who is super nice and helpful at getting me everything I needed. But honestly they are ALL super cool! ALL OF THEM!!!! From service, to buying a car, to even finance!!!!! It was the smoothest buying process I had ever experienced and probably would’ve been smoother if I wasn’t so picky about everything lol!!! But I really appreciate Josh, David and Devon!!!!! Oh, and Jimmy in finance lol!!!! Thanks for being so awesome!

Great Purchase experience. David Garcia, our sales rep, was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process as was everyone involved. Drove in at about 3, test drove numerous vehicles, made a decision at 6:30 and drove a new Ascent out at 8. Never any pressure, in fact, just the opposite. The focus, as we perceived it, was on meeting our needs not selling a car.

I had an outstanding experience at Rockwall Subaru. The team here is on another level, offering top-notch service that sets them apart from the typical dealership. The sales staff was incredibly transparent, recommending vehicles that fit my needs—even when it wasn’t in their favor. What impressed me most was that the salespeople I worked with were former mechanics and had their own subies. This made a HUGE difference, as they actually knew their sh#t. It felt more like consulting with experts than dealing with typical sales reps. Rockwall Subaru will always be my first stop for all things Subaru, and I highly recommend them whether you’re looking for new or used cars.

Jason was absolutely amazing!! 10/10 recommend! We went in to look at a car that we’d called ahead on. Jason had the car ready up front for us to look at and test drive! From the moment I drove the car I knew I wanted to go home with it! Jason made the buying process very smooth. He’s very professional and kind . The other staff there were also great !

Spoke with the salesman. He said that the car was in excellent shape. It had hail damage. Still bought the car. Drove it on a long trip. There was a bad vibration developing in the front end. Took it to my mechanic. Found that the TPMS had been broken and glued back together. Guess who put the new front tires on? Called the salesman. He said that the dealership would be sending check for reimbursement. The TPMS is a safety item and if this is what the dealership does with something this important what else are they doing wrong. Never again.

Really great dealership. Jon Elizondo was a lot of fun, no pressure. My husband even liked him. We did purchase a car, and we got a good offer on our trade-in. We will go here again if this Subaru is good to us, and we believe it will be.

Chris Pineds l and his Service Team are excellent. Alex Shuster, aka "Mr. Subaru" is on his "A" game. Honestly the best customer.service I have ever experienced from a Car dealership. Helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The best in the business. I will never purchase another Subaru or visit another Subaru dealership. Such great Service. Highly recommend using this place for all of your Subaru needs!

Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Very simple with very little pressure to buy the add ons. I got a very good price for my trade in and a great price on a new car. Devon was awesome! I highly recommend Subaru and this dealership. Follow up and customer service have been great, so far!
