If good service was their comittment its not the deal. I went and got hit with the bait and switch. Pawn shops take sec to test a diamond which they do in fornt of you but the ladies there didnt and took over 10 mins to tell me its not real. They switched the stones and smiled in my face saying it fake. After trying to reach the owner and his available time. I was told i cant be given that info. My experience there hurt my heart.

They always do solid work for me. The only thing I wish was better is if they'd answer the phone and stick to the scheduled hours they have on Google and their sign. I've been there when it says they should be open and they're not.
