I recently spoke to Emily, who was incredibly kind in helping me schedule an appointment. However, when I called today, Jasmine answered, and her manner was rather rude. Despite being close to closing time, the business was still open, and I had a simple question - I’m guessing this is why the very short responses. This experience has made me reconsider my decision to come here, but it seems that even with an unpleasant person at the front desk, they still manage to thrive.

Dr David was very knowledgeable and proficient with his assessment with my horse. He didn’t try and do any unnecessary procedures and the visit was very cost effective. I felt well educated in her treatment and after care. The staff were amazing as well. Very friendly and got back with me immediately after I called. Thank you all for a very pleasant visit with my horse!!

They were very quick to get me to a room. The doctor was very informative about my kitten’s health. They seem like they really care about the animals health.

Very happy with my service. I almost spent $1,500 for a few stitches and meds for my dog from a city vet, but the kind ladies here gave me a cheaper less stressful route. They made sure I didn't have to worry and the atmosphere when you walk in is very comfortable, just like the country. Thank you guys so much! ?

In the Quinlan area. You have a choice between The Quinlan vet and the The Poetry Animal Hospital... In as much as this pet owner is concerned the two are incomparable. One will schedule you an appointment a week OR MORE from your initial inquiry. The other with their genuine care for animals will actually MAKE time to see your pet.. They love your animal almost as much as you do.
