“Randy is always so polite and helpful. I walk in when I can or randy comes up to me and that's such a help to me. I like it when they have what I need and use and prices stay steady or better yet go down at all.”

“We went to 5 places in Terrell trying to find tires for an old trailer and finally found tires that would work with the help of Anndra. She also took the time to help us find cotter pins that would work because we couldn’t find the same size we had before. She went out of her way to make sure the tires were the right and gave us excellent customer service. No one else at the other store offered the customer service that she did. Kudo’s Anndra! We appreciate the sensational experience we had at the Terrell store because of you!”

“Editing my previous 1-star review: A store manager contacted me directly, apologized for the situation, and agreed to make things right by providing the fish I paid for. I appreciate them following up and taking the time to resolve the issue.

Original review: I was at this store several months ago and purchased a long-finned GloFish. Please note that long-finned fish cost more than short-finned ones. When the employee caught the fish and placed it in the bag, I pointed out that it looked like a short fin, not a long fin. The employee assured me it was just young and that if I waited a few months, its fins would grow out.

I didn’t want to argue and assumed that, worst case, if it turned out to be a short-finned fish, the store would make it right once that became clear. After waiting several months, it is obvious that the fish is in fact short-finned.

I called the store to explain the situation and offered to bring the fish back for a replacement. I spoke with the manager, who told me that because it was outside the 30-day return policy, they would not exchange it. I politely explained that I was specifically told I needed to wait several months for the fins to grow, so there was no way I could have known within the 30-day window.

The manager then said I could bring the fish in and they could “see if the system would process” a replacement, but could not tell me whether they would actually replace it. Since this would be an hour round trip, I didn’t want to stress the fish or make the drive without any assurance. I was told that unless I knew the employee’s name so he could be coached, there was nothing else they could do.

This experience was extremely frustrating. I raised concerns at the time of purchase, relied on the employee’s information, and was ultimately left with no resolution. Buyers should be cautious and understand that if an employee gives incorrect information, the store will not stand behind it later.”
