On a whim I did the instant cash offer process through KBB. Platinum was the closest dealer and Paul, the Used Car Manager, reached out. No kidding, I drove the car up there and within 20 minutes or less it was done.
Absolutely the most painless car selling experience I've ever had. No games and no BS. 10/10 would sell them a car again.

My very first Cadillac purchase and I was not disappointed! Our salesperson was Lee, and she was phenomenal...Answered all my questions, extremely knowledgeable, very low pressure. Lee looked out for my best interest, also personable and kind. I can't say enough great things about how professional this dealership is. Managers were friendly, everyone says hello, and smiles! Finance was low pressure and explained all options. This is a top notch dealership to deal with. My wife and I recently purchased a new Cadillac from Platinum Cadillac, and the entire experience was outstanding, thanks to Leo and Joey. From the start, their communication was excellent, and at no point did we feel pressured. The buying process was smooth and genuinely pleasurable.
Both Leo and Joey spent a great deal of time with my wife inside the car, patiently explaining everything in detail. They showed her how to operate the large touchscreen, went over all the buttons, and made sure she felt comfortable with every feature. Joey went the extra mile by connecting her to OnStar and helping her set up her phone. He was incredibly thorough and made sure she understood how to use all the controls.
The dealership had a good selection of vehicles, and the sales team was very knowledgeable about the different models, trim packages, and features. Even when we had "just curious" questions about other Cadillac models on the lot that we weren’t looking to buy, they were more than happy to provide detailed answers.
One of the biggest surprises was the price. The Cadillac with the Premium Deluxe trim package was actually less expensive than a Buick of the same body style and top trim package that we had looked at earlier in the day. We had both expected Cadillac to be more expensive than Buick, so this was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, they offered us a very fair deal on our trade-in, which made the experience even better.
Overall, our experience at Platinum Cadillac was exceptional, and we highly recommend Leo, Joey, and the entire team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

I bought a car from here a year ago. I was Coming from pretty far out of town and did a lot of the buying process online or on the phone before I arrived. The car was advertised as a brand new car with 45 miles on it. The paper work we signed also said 45 miles. When I arrived the sales rep said let’s drive it! When I got in the car the mileage on it was just under 1,000. I asked the person that had me do the paperwork about it and he said ‘you put some miles on it when you test drove it’. I said not that many. He said well that’s all the test drives. We have a lot of interest in that car. That never sat right with me but everything else went well, the sales rep was so nice, the paperwork was complete and I’d driven 5 hours to get there. Fast forward to a few months ago. I find something plugged into the OBD port. I unplugged it at the port but it was still connected by wire going inside the engine area of the car. When I took It in for its service at a Cadillac dealer nearest me I asked them to check it out. they said “Where did you buy this? I told him. He said oh, they forgot to remove their tracker” I said why would they have a tracker? He said ‘dealers put them in their loaner cars’. So then the mileage all made sense. It was used a loaner car. I feel like that should’ve been disclosed. Especially when I asked about it. Other than that I liked the experience. So, 3 out 5.

Joey M is a great sales consultant! He accommodated my busy work schedule and almost completed the entire transaction via text messages. He was helpful throughout the entire buying process.
Upon arrival at the dealership, he immediately greeted me as I walked through the doors and was prepared with the vehicle as promised. The test drive he provided was a great demonstration of the Escalade. If you're in the market for a new Cadillac, do yourself a favor and ask for Joey M!

Aaron Cortinas in the service department is awesome. Ask for Aaron, he is going to make sure you are taken care of. He actually listens to his customers. I brought my Cadi in to get a new battery installed. He listened to some other concerns I had and called me in a week later to get it taken care of. He has handled everything very professionally and in a timely manner. He even went out of his way to fix my key fobs. Thank you Aaron for everything you do. I will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from Ms. Lee Slay at Platinum Cadillac in Terrell, and it was by far the most seamless and enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had.
