I called metro customer service to see to about internet so man told me to go to metro so I went the next day I was telling the lady about what the man said to me about getting internet she had a very bad attitude which she told me something different from what the man said so I thought I was calling customer service but it was metro. The phone was just ringing she looked at the phone and didn't even answer the she had her baby at the store like she was at home I hope don't ever have to go back to that store they definitely need to get somebody with better service and but they don't care I wish I could give that store a zero

As far as customer service goes, they don't like people standing in front, of them. When I came back , because I needed to have some more pieces of paper work, she informed me that I needed to come back the next day, when Maneula was there. It was 7:45pm, and they closed at 8pm, I guess they were ready to close and go home.

Worse customer service ever!!!! Does not honor advertised pricing… went in for an upgrade for the advertised price of $449.00 instead was charged full retail price for the phone. Once I asked about the price being higher than what is advertised was told that that’s just how it is in the system.Couldn’t talk to manager because she is pregnant and a told clerks not to contact her….issue still not resolved… No one who works there can explain why the advertised price isn’t the same as the price in which they charge… very unprofessional

Me and my children normally have a good time shopping for phones but this location was a little bit of a disappointment. The two young ladies didn't really seem interested in helping us. There were no smiles unless they were talking to each other or on their personal cell phones. We normally buy phone covers and any kind of accessories that go with the phones but they simply activated the phone and sent us on our way. When I did ask about phone covers the young lady just pointed to the area where they were didnt try to sell anything. They were friendly but just didn't seem to interested in assisting us.Google requested me to update my review so I went back in and service was the same plus they dont carry accessories for the phones.

Usual service. Just paying my bill. Oh... I wanted to add a 3rd line for my son and they've regrettably change the price and policy requiring you to pay a month for the line plus activation and taxes, then after that month I can merge lines.
