Went in today to get a new tablet and I was helped by Jessica & Jennifer they were very patient and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this location! Beats the location in forney and Kaufman. Will definitely be coming back!

I purchased phones online simply because I always have a bad experience with metro stores. When I walked in there was a lady sitting down doing her makeup, neither her or the other lady working greeted us so we just waited around until I finally said something first. All I needed was to have the phones turned on and from the jump I was given the run around. She told me they can only offer the highest phone bill in store which I told her several times I did not want, she charged my phone for new SIM cards that I did not need, she did not even know how to set up the phone’s properly, she did not set up an 8 digit pin for me to be able to call customer service to change my phone plan and if she did set one up it was not given to me. I have been calling now for 3 days to try and get the pin she set and have not gotten anyone to answer the phone at this location. If you can avoid this location and go elsewhere that would be your best bet.

I just dealt with Manwella the manager.of the store and she is Bomb! Professional kind and I had a very difficult situation and she solved it for me come and see her she is wonderful

I called metro customer service to see to about internet so man told me to go to metro so I went the next day I was telling the lady about what the man said to me about getting internet she had a very bad attitude which she told me something different from what the man said so I thought I was calling customer service but it was metro. The phone was just ringing she looked at the phone and didn't even answer the she had her baby at the store like she was at home I hope don't ever have to go back to that store they definitely need to get somebody with better service and but they don't care I wish I could give that store a zero

As far as customer service goes, they don't like people standing in front, of them. When I came back , because I needed to have some more pieces of paper work, she informed me that I needed to come back the next day, when Maneula was there. It was 7:45pm, and they closed at 8pm, I guess they were ready to close and go home.
