Very simple process. In and out in 10 minutes with a new mattress and box spring. Salesman was very good. Knew his business. My 2nd time using mattress firm. Will use them again if I need to. Prices were great.

A friend recommended the Terrell location because his positive experience at this store. Our salesperson was Larry. He was very friendly and professional. Larry was not pushy at all and truly listened to our needs and guided us to the perfect mattress. We would highly recommend the Terrell store for your next mattress.

I can't speak on the mattress yet, but customer service at this location is stellar! Rob and Kyle were extremely helpful and patient and neither one of them are pushy. They are knowledgeable and personable; it was an easy and enjoyable experience.
