I just recently moved to Magnolia Grove and it was a 10/10 experience moving in. Jackson Avant was the best. She was so kind, calm and helpful in all the steps. I couldn’t say enough of positive things about her or my new place!

Magnolia Grove Apartments are beautifully maintained with top-notch amenities!! Especially the pool area! Its the perfect place to spend the summer cooling down from this heat!! Special thanks to Karina and Jackson, the assistant manager and manager, who are incredibly helpful and kind. Their professionalism and dedication make moving here a fantastic and stress free experience. Highly recommend!

Jackson Avant is the property manager and is extremely rude and disregards tenant concerns. Apartments are rapidly falling apart and the community was just built.

Stop by these apartments and was blown away by the staff there. They were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The overall aesthetic of the apartment complex is nice and felt homey.

Magnolia Grove has easily been the best living experience I have ever had.
My wife and I have lived for just short of two years.
The staff here is friendly, helpful, prompt, and personable.
The amenities are top notch, best in the area by far.
The amount of work that goes into maintaining this property blows my mind, but everyone here handles it with poise, speed, and skill.
Jackson, Eric, Edgar, Karina, and Caroline are excellent; anytime there has been an issue or concern that my wife or I bring up, it is promptly resolved the amazing team here.
Would highly recommend making Magnolia Grove your home.

Went to go check this apartments out and ended up leasing one. Ms. Caroline Ponce was a big help, answered all our questions and if she didn’t have an answer to one. She found the answer for us! Couldn’t be anymore kinder, I give this place 5 stars. Recommend to all!

My husband, daughter, fur baby Jaxson and I lived here for 2 years and we had a great experience! We did have my daughters boyfriends car towed right after we moved in and that obviously sucked but it was ignorance on our part technically so can’t put that on them so definitely educate yourself on that. We loved the pool, the gym, and the fact that they have a doggy spa was an extra pizazz that I just loved and all were always kept very clean!! ♥️ Edgar and Eric in Maintenance were always on point and very pleasant! The new manager Jackson is a joy and I will definitely miss all the great things her and her team will be bringing to the table!!

Great place to live and a great location. The new staff and the new Property Manager, Jackson go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel valued and taken care of.
I noticed that the sense of community among residents has really grown substantially since the new staff has come in! The events that they have started hosting have been really beneficial for residents to get to know one another as well as getting to know the staff better. I've also noticed that things are getting taken care of, from re-painting the parking lot, to re-planting new flowers/trees, adding a shower by the volleyball court, etc. I also really appreciated the change of hours for the pool, instead of the "dawn-dusk" hours it used to have.
Great floorpans, amenities, parking, and the valet trash is definitely a plus.
Overall, Magnolia Grove is a great place to live!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I am disappointed I have to write this negative review as there are a couple of things Magnolia Grove does very well, but where they lack is unforgivable and straight up fraud. My brother is a teacher in the local school district and will often times visit me to watch a game. The visitor parking spot check in sign was broken. I called the front office and they said yes we understand the sign is broken so until the sign is fixed he can park there and not be subject to towing. They did state when the sign was fixed he would need to register or would be subject to being towed and obviously they would not alert me of the sign being fixed. This seemed completely fair. Recently his car was towed, the sign was NOT fixed I have photo's timestamped showing this. I called the office asked to speak with the person that told me this. Ironically she does not work for the company any more (can't blame her I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats their clients like this either). The lady at the office was VERY kind; however had no power to do anything. She provided me their corporate contact that oversees the property. I called a couple of times and left 2 voicemails that I needed to speak to someone. You do NOT speak to anyone goes to voicemail every time. Still have not heard from them in over 3 weeks. I know they got my voicemail because I spoke to the onsite manager and she said they asked what I may be inquiring on which she shared with them. They also fixed the sign 2 days after I called. They do NOT care, they lie, they don't call back, they just want to nickel and dime you any chance they can. The water pressure is abysmal. The maintenance guy said he knows and many folks have complained, but they don't want to spend the money to fix it. Very sad it is a clean place and the onsite staff are great, but they will try and screw you every chance they get and they don't want to talk to their tenants at all. Thankfully The Southerly is being built right next to them and likely will be a much better option for renters. LOOK THERE NOT AT MAGNOLIA GROVE!

If you rent here, I hope that you get the 3rd floor, or else you will hear every step any creature makes from above you. I would recommend that you read the other low-rated reviews that have been posted. I also recommend that you don't rent here.I'm not surprised to hear others have been falsely charged upon moving out.Also good luck having anyone over, they'll be towed in an instant.
