Needed to get an emissions test. I called and Timothy said he could get me right in. I pulled up and Timothy handled his business. He got us all taken care of and was able to check our fluids and filters as well. Great service and so very kind and professional.

Awful customer service! Stopped by this place this morning for an inspection. Right away the “manager” Rick came out shaking his head stating they were not doing any fleet inspections today. Explained it was not fleet and he instructed me to go inside. As I was inside I heard him and another employee stating that they shouldn’t deal with me today and just being extremely vulgar. I walked back out and told them I heard what was said and I didn’t need their service today. One employee met me at my truck bowed up talking about how he would just teach me a lesson. I left and took my business down the street to another very professional and polite company that treats their customers with respect. Do NOT recommend this place as their employees want to fist fight and the “manager” stood back laughing rather than handle the situation. We will never do business here again.

They were very nice and the location is very clean. Unfortunately I paid them over $300 and left there with the same problem I came in with. I called them when I got home and they offered to do another diagnostic and no cost but I doubt I will return.

Had them put in a new water separator, only because my shoulder was in a sling and couldn't do the work myself. Now it’s time to change again, and they stripped the bolt/nut to the cover. Such a headache. I’ll never use them again

A long way from home and car trouble landed us at their door. Time was of the essence and these guys worked quickly to get us back on the road and with our budget in mind. They went out of their way to assist us, even loaning us a personal vehicle to get our tire repaired while they worked on the mechanical side of things. Honest and very helpful. We are very grateful for them.

Update… I’m changing my five stars to one star and I am not going back. I went for my normal oil change and the service was horrible. This time, the tech said my oil is sludge. I felt bullied into getting an engine flush. I told the man I just wanted an oil change, but he just would not drop it and told me my car is in horrible shape.
After I left, I took my car to the dealership for a look at the oil and engine. They examined my car and said the flush was totally unnecessary.
I just got my oil changed last week at another place in Terrell. The service was great and they gave me a coupon for 1/2 off. I enjoyed the experience so much I went back for an alignment. They again gave me a coupon for a really great deal.
I have switched my loyalties with no regrets
