Disrespectful beyond believes, and then accuse me of being nasty and the minute I start videotaping her to show all the public how nasty she was To me, she threatened me to call the cops. And when I said to go ahead, call at the cops she just ignore me sat there, and she decided not to call the cops And I’ve been dealing H&R Block for over 30 years. And if anybody cares in this company to hear my side of the story and see a full video.I filed and I called in twice and nothing was done. And now I have $267 late fees after I paid this office over $450, and paid the extra for a piece of mine.Ps not everyone at this officeAnd the # they have provided on all their reviews is the number I’ve been calling and complaining

Scheduled an appointment online. They had an opening online. Received a call online stating they didn’t have anyone that could do my taxes. Asked if they could reschedule and offer some form of discount for inconvenience. Was told no it wasn’t the offices fault it was the online scheduling. I felt like Melissa wasn’t concerned about the issue and just said bye and hung up.
