“The young lady did the best she could to sell my friend a washer and dryer set. She was friendly and worked hard to find a set. More customers were coming. A man came over and rudely told the sales associate he was a cash buyer. She called a few times to get help. No one ever came. Her trainer(s) should be absolutely ashamed. She was not ready to be thrown on the floor with no one else around to help or never send anyone to help her. She did the best she could.We both felt badly for this sales person. No fault of her.”

“My husband and I stopped in to check out a new dog food, and were approached by a friendly employee offering help. She was very knowledgeable about the different brands, took the time to compare ingredients on the bags, and shared what she feeds her animals. She then proceeded to check us out where we stood so we didn't have to wait in line. This woman's name is Jessica. Because of her, we are going to be doing business at this location instead of the one closer to our house. Thank you Jessica for all of your help!”
