Came in on a friday, looking to test drive and they didn't have the keys, so they told me to come in saturday at 11. I came in at 11 and still no keys. so i came back around 12-12:30 and they had the keys but wouldn't let me test drive with a bank approval. guess it didn't matter because the battery's where dead anyway. not to mention but they told me 100 times it wasn't deleted, but it's straight piped with a 5 position switch on the fly. DONT DO BUSINESS THERE!

This place is horrible, never ever buy a car from here.I had a balance of 4,000 left to pay off when there system apparently messed up and suddenly I had 7,000 to pay off!! They also told me they reported credit but they do not! The only reason I bought a car on payments was to build my credit. They will also not help you fix the car even if you pay for the warranty!! This place absolutely sucks!!

My experience with this place was horrible!! These people give you the run around. Probably because they took my step daughters personal belongings and can’t give them back. The vehicle was impounded due to her getting arrested. They told me I needed a notorised letter to get her things out of the vehicle. I did so and after the second trip to Terrell with a second notorized letter I had to wait in the mail for, they tell me the vehicle is in dallas at the service shop. I drive to dallas for them to tell me that the vehicle is locked and we can’t get in it and that it would be tomorrow before I could get her things. Finally a sweet man came through the doors and said he could get in it. So he is doing that now. This has been a 30 day ordeal. Hopefully everything is in there. If not I feel for them. Don’t ever waste your money for one of these cars they have horrible customer service in Terrell location. Dallas location is a little better on their customer service but I still wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with this company.

My boyfriend and I bought a truck from here signed our deal for in house fiancing and called back saying we need to resign for bank fiancing .. basically this place is nothing but "Yoyo scams" look it up..Then once we didnt want to resign they started threatening to repo the truck. On top of this, the check engine light was on so we decided to take the truck back and get our money back. NOW the truck is back on the lot all they did was clear the check engine light to screw over the next customer ... highly reccomend taking your busniess elsewhere. This place is a joke.

PSA: I was interviewed by Howerd on Monday June 8th, was given a job to start the following Wednesday. The Monday before I was supposed to start I was informed via text message that I would have to be COVID-19 tested before starting which would put off my start date. I agreed to be tested, however, because I did not have any symptoms they would not test me (via the link he sent me). I was told that he would talk to the owner, which Howerd did, then I was told that Howerd tested for COVID-19 the Monday morning before I was interviewed), and that he has tested positive and other people tested positive so business was shut down and I would have to wait 2-3 weeks or I could look for something else. The very next day, they reposted the position that I applied for. So... if they changed their mind about me working there because I am not bilingual (which was not a problem in the interview) then they should of been honest about that (Clearly not an Equal Opportunity Employer). IF they people at their offices truly tested positive for COVID-19 then why are they continuing operating with the public and putting other people at risk. When I texted him the concerns that I had regarding the health of others and why did he continue with an interview appointment if he had just tested and there was a chance that he had it, Howerd then texted me back in SPANISH saying "pinche gente loca" which we can Google what that means if we do not understand.. which he follows with "Wrong Person". No you clearly meant to send that to me, and I thank you for that, because now I can personally let people know what kind of person they have representing their office. I have Screenshots to prove everything I am saying is the truth.. and PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE THAT THEIR 3 LOCATIONS HAVE PEOPLE WHO TESTED POSITIVE AND THEY ARE STILL OPERATING WITH THE PUBLIC. MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN FOR MYSELF AND OTHERS.

Obviously I have a fake google name but I recently bought a car from this place as an emergency car due to my other cars problems. A/c button stopped working very quickly, they don't return calls. If your looking for trash but just need something real quick go here but if your looking for something of quality go elsewhere, not the friendliest it's just strictly about money.
