I tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but the customer service here is awful!! They refused to accept my return because it looked like it had been washed. I bought it less than a week ago and it had been sitting in the back of my car waiting for me to return it. I will not shop here ever again. This Gap is awful and no one is ever in the store, I don’t even know how it’s still in business.

I always have high hopes when I go in this store, but this is the second time I've been here and no one speaks when you enter or ask if you need help. I walked by three employees and never got assistance or any acknowledgement. I like the gap, but it seems the employees need to attend a class on customer service.
