I past ordered custom bi-fold louvered doors, and today picked up a custom specked 36" stand alone kitchen cabinet for a espresso bar we are adding. On both orders we received quality products ready when promised. Staff in the store and mill shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I am not a fan of the box stores so walked their hardware isles trying to make a mental inventory with hopes I can use them for much of my home repair needs. I had driven past them many times not knowing exactly what the business was, then they were recommended to me for my door project.

I was buying underpinning for a job and the panels were too flimsy to hang out the back of my truck so I asked them to cut them for me and they told me they didn't have anything to cut it with but would sell me a pair of snips. So after buying 300$ worth of material I had to buy a $17.99 pair of snips to cut it with. I'll never buy from them again if I don't have to
