Went to the Terrell Walmart last night to return 1 shirt. There was 4 people in the line before us when we got there and 1 person working the line. Waited in line for over 30 minutes and observed many Walmart employees standing around including a manager doing absolutely nothing!

Won't honor anything and will lie to you're face about something you took a picture of ! Crazy !!!!! I get it can't honor something fine... but lying to my face! I'll never be back to this trashy location. Unacceptable behavior Walmart you need to work on customer service. I found a garage organization kit for 12.98 and took a picture of a shelf loaded with the kits and price tag to show the front, at the front it rang up for 150 ish. The lady disappeared for 15 min and came back with a story of I went back there and there wasn't a tag . Basically calling me and my wife a liar after we clearly had a picture of it. And proceeded to basically call us liars as if we put the tag on the shelf. I'm not a low life I work hard for my money Walmart. Anyways if you can't honor something tell me that instead of saying I was wrong and lied. If this is how you treat customers I won't be back to one.

If I could give a ZERO that wouldn't even cover Walmart ONLINE, especially the online chat. I have been having issues with them canceling my order the last 5 times I ordered online. They say I assure you that the next time you place an order there will be no problem. BS BS BS Its BS. Then when I call the same thing oh and did I mention I even had one tell me that the other 4 people didn't even do their job then he assures me when I order it will go through. Account flagged suspicious activity, FOR A TOLIET PART REALLY . That was the beginning. You can NOT get a good phone number to get this fixed no matter how many times I ask. JNone are in the US, which is fine, I have no problem with that unless that lie, lie, lie cause guess what 3 months and still can't order online

Placed an order for delivery and they failed to follow through or communicate. It took way to may phone calls, chats and calls from their customer service to finally get items delivered. Each person suggested just cancel and reorder. How does placing a new ores for the same items they have already pulled make sense?!? When the manager says they will call you back...don't hold your breath.

I have tried sever time's to contact a single manager any manager about placing a order only to be placed on HOLD for a long duration. The employees don't have a clue not training these employees properly is a big mistake.

This Walmart is huge and has a lot to offer. I probably came here 6 times in my 4 days in Terrell and pretty much always found what i needed. The one thing i found frustrating was employees lack of care. Online it said a pop up trash was in aisle i22 so we walked around looking for it. However, it went from 21 to 23 and i couldn't find 22 anywhere... so i asked a lady that was working and she said it's that way pointing her finger. I explained i couldn't find it anywhere and instead of showing us she said "i don't know" then walked away. It was very rude and not good customer service.

If you need customer service dint got to Walmart in Terrell....rude... I tried 4 workers there and they... all rude and not helpful at all ... so I just left.

On the time they change cash register to self check out they are useless after you been work all day on the heat the last thing you want deal with this can staff. She said my light is off she dot take may few minutes

I placed a pickup order online for a specific time and then two hours before pickup time, my order was cancelled. Then they tell me the amount for the grocery items will be on hold 2-3 days depending on my bank. So now, not only do I NOT have groceries for the next two weeks, I can't even go to a different store to shop, because my funds are on hold. I guess we didn't need to eat. Walmart just lost my business. I'll find the extra $25 somewhere in my budget to shop at Kroger instead.

I am beyond earth pissed!!! I was livid in the store! Just left a review for the canton location yesterday. This location doesn't have any toilet paper, paper towles, tissues, or wipes! So now that is 2 locations without product. That isn't even what I am mad about. I was at the register and the cashier told me they where low on bags and asked if she could not bag some items which I agreed to. I pay for my few items only a few because there was BARLEY any product to shop from. There is a long a** line to get outside of the store because they have ONE employee checking receipts. I guess to prevent theft but I'm pretty sure that's what security is for. This employee is arguing with every customer trying to leave. I finally get to the employee and he asks to see my receipt . Um this is not Costco or Sam's club. I asked what makes him think it's ok to see my receipt and he says "Walmart can make any policy they want because they own it." Well listen here buddy. This is a shareholder. I used to work for Walmart and was NEVER allowed to talk to customers like this. I was so close to turning right around and returning everything I just bought! I have never been so upset with a company. Walmart needs to get it together. I spend more than $1000 here monthly. You would think they would treat their customers with more respect. You guys just lost a customer. I will be making the drive too forney from now on and shopping at Kroger! I will be contacting Corporate directly.

I have never been treated so poorly in a Walmart as I was at the Terrel Tx store. Not only by a cashier but the manager that came over to the register too. I have never been more embarrassed in front of my 6 year grand daughter!!!!! I only put one star because zero was not available!!
