Always love going to dollar general stores cause u never know what u will find

The dollar general store in Terrell often has people pan handling outside and some people look intimidating to a single female walking up to the store. I don't go there at night anymore. But the ladies inside are very nice and one asked me if I was bothered outside and was concerned. The store itself is great and even has fresh veggies which is unusual for dollar general. If not for the amount of People (mostly male) hanging around outside I would give 4 stars.

My complaint about this place is the Manager is very rude and instead of helping you with a matter she simply makes things worse!I think the store should have better people and a great Manager!The Manager who owns that store is Racist and tries to intimidate people, instead of helping you she just makes things worse!I have a video of her and the store that I plan to publish on my social networks!

I like dg. Won't say I love it but I do like the store and enough so that I own stock in the company. What I will say is this, the employee "Callie" has the personality of a rabid honey badger. I have never been anything but kind to this child however why she is so nasty each time I am at her register I do not know. I DO know that I will not spend money with Callie behind the register ever again. She desperately needs customer service training.

I used to be a Family Dollar person but since I moved to Terrill, I am all about this Dollar General!! The best one I've ever been in. They have EVERYTHING I need from a great, cheap toy section for my 2 year old, the food I've been feeding my dogs and the cutest home decor. Everyone is friendly and the manager is so nice and friendly everytike I come in. I never would have known she was the manager til I complemented her on the store and she told me. This store has not failed me yet. Keep up the great work staff.

Becareful they tend to have scam sales. Currently have signage up for Pepsi 3 15 packs for $10. But it's actually used for the 6 packs which is their regular price.

Never open on time. Says 8am, employees roll in at about 8:20-8:30. There’s only a couple decent employees. By decent I mean they actually speak back when customers interact with them. Go to literally any other store in Terrell.
