“This was my first time at this store but let me tell you I met this sweet girl named Janie who was amazing!!!! I have not liked my body for awhile and being 29 plus size u dream of being skinny but this girl helped me, encouraged me, hyped me up and was truly the best!!! I will forever be thankful for her. We ended up exchanging numbers and now text. I will honestly saw I need that so much today and I think she did too. Please go see her she is amazing to work with!!!!My husband was there with me and he could tell my whole outlook on myself and what I wear changed just because of Janie!! She saved me today and I will forever be thankful for her.”

“Definitely a decent Marshall's. I always find baby and or home stuff. Recently went about 9pm on a Saturday. It was perfect! Not too picked thru and not many other shoppers.”

“Extremely helpful and genuinely nice. I had issues with a recliner I purchased there and returned it to see if they can help. Teressa the store manager helped and did the exchange on another item with no hesitation. It definitely was nice to see higher management to handle the situation to make sure a customer is pleased.Teressa went even above and beyond to move the new recliner to my truck and help load it. All other associates were busy tending to other customers. Teressa did not hesitate to help. This speaks tremendously on how Big Lots values their customers. I will definitely be back.”

“I freaking love this Walmart. I live in forney and willingly drive to Terrell 50% of the time. If I need one thing I'll go in forney but if I have a list over 4 items, I got to Terrell. The only downside is that the majority of the registers are self check out. That's not a big deal to me but my husband absolutely hates self check out. He hates the concept of self check out. He hates everything about self check out. Lol The last selection isn't as big as the store in Forney either but the people in the store actually smile at you when they walk by the greeters at the door actually speak to you when you walk in, and they smile at you when you walk out. It's like an entirely different world from the Forney Walmart. Nobody smiles, everyone looks angry, the greeters eye ball you like you're a thief, it's just really uncomfortable as a whole. So I am very thankful that I went in Terrell and that it's an option for me.”

“My husband and I stopped in to check out a new dog food, and were approached by a friendly employee offering help. She was very knowledgeable about the different brands, took the time to compare ingredients on the bags, and shared what she feeds her animals. She then proceeded to check us out where we stood so we didn't have to wait in line. This woman's name is Jessica. Because of her, we are going to be doing business at this location instead of the one closer to our house. Thank you Jessica for all of your help!”

“Like every other Walmart check in an hour before the appointment time is allowed.Once you check in and are guided to which door you need to go to back into your door those open tendons to the back and fully disconnect from the trailer.Take the paperwork to the receiving office and they'll give you a call once you're done.It usually takes between 2:00 to 4:00 maybe 6 hours to get unloaded it depends I cannot be fully sure on it.Once they finish getting you through they'll call you to get paperwork reconnect and go back and follow their procedures to check out and you're good to go.The road adjacent to the Walmart can be used to park and get some sleep or hours and there's also a 19 at the end of the trail road”

“I'm giving four stars for the customer service and for the shopping experience I would give five stars but places that pay everybody every two weeks need to partner with daily pay or some type of third party payment so their employees can get their checks a little quicker rather than waiting an entire 2 weeks plus a week and a hole cuz nobody likes to wait every two weeks”
