“Extremely helpful and genuinely nice. I had issues with a recliner I purchased there and returned it to see if they can help. Teressa the store manager helped and did the exchange on another item with no hesitation. It definitely was nice to see higher management to handle the situation to make sure a customer is pleased.Teressa went even above and beyond to move the new recliner to my truck and help load it. All other associates were busy tending to other customers. Teressa did not hesitate to help. This speaks tremendously on how Big Lots values their customers. I will definitely be back.”
“Oh my goodness! Kendra was amazing! She walked around the store with me to help put outfits together based on what I like. She took her time styling the outfits in the dressing room for me and checked in to see if I needed a different size. It felt like a personal shopping experience that you’d get at a high end store. What a kind, and heartwarming, experience for this frazzled momma. Maurice’s - you have incredible associates! ?”

“We went to 5 places in Terrell trying to find tires for an old trailer and finally found tires that would work with the help of Anndra. She also took the time to help us find cotter pins that would work because we couldn’t find the same size we had before. She went out of her way to make sure the tires were the right and gave us excellent customer service. No one else at the other store offered the customer service that she did. Kudo’s Anndra! We appreciate the sensational experience we had at the Terrell store because of you!”

“I freaking love this Walmart. I live in forney and willingly drive to Terrell 50% of the time. If I need one thing I'll go in forney but if I have a list over 4 items, I got to Terrell. The only downside is that the majority of the registers are self check out. That's not a big deal to me but my husband absolutely hates self check out. He hates the concept of self check out. He hates everything about self check out. Lol The last selection isn't as big as the store in Forney either but the people in the store actually smile at you when they walk by the greeters at the door actually speak to you when you walk in, and they smile at you when you walk out. It's like an entirely different world from the Forney Walmart. Nobody smiles, everyone looks angry, the greeters eye ball you like you're a thief, it's just really uncomfortable as a whole. So I am very thankful that I went in Terrell and that it's an option for me.”

“Not bad unloaded within 3 hours of appointment time. PARKING: They did have trucks parked on a small side road overnight. I parked there myself after I saw how overcrowded the TA was. I came in from the north down from I 30.... after I arrived at the left turn into the driveway for Walmart I saw just past that... following the road around was where trucks were parked. So if I came in on I 20 and took the back road in I would've seen it first. Then made a right turn into Walmart. So now I know. The other way in with the construction has one whole lane torn up. No parking there at this point

“I'm giving four stars for the customer service and for the shopping experience I would give five stars but places that pay everybody every two weeks need to partner with daily pay or some type of third party payment so their employees can get their checks a little quicker rather than waiting an entire 2 weeks plus a week and a hole cuz nobody likes to wait every two weeks”
