I usually try to not leave bad reviews but this is the second time I had a very rude person wait on me in the prescription drive thru. She actually rolled her eyes at me! Wow!!!

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The prescriptions are NEVER ready and they slways use the excuse of bein "short staffed". I would highly recommend Walmart pharmacy over them any day if you live in Terrell.

I was very disappointed in the service that I was given tonight at the CVS in Terrell, TX. I had scheduled a Covid vaccine for me and my husband. My appt was for 7:30pm and his at 8:00pm. When I came up to the vaccine check in, I had to wait for at least 5 minutes to be acknowledged. A clerk behind the counter, on another aisle said "I'll be with you in a minute" with an unwelcome attitude. The minute turned to 7-then instead of coming to greet me face to face, she started talking to me from behind the aisle. She said that my appt was in the system, but not my husband's. After checking her system again, she finally found his name and appt- but for tomorrow's date at 10am. I explained to her that his should be for 8pm, she then continued to argue as to how the appt got changed. She then said that they could give him his vaccine but would have to wait for 45 minutes. There was one person behind me and one at the Rx checkout - so why would we have to wait 45 minutes! I just told her to forget it.

Why have a UPS Access Point if you won't receive packages? This is not the first time I get burned by CVS UPS Access Points. I wish that the stupid would clearly say that it's inside a CVS so we could avoid them.

This Terrell location is horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. They refilled a prescription that I didn't request . You can never get them on the phone.

Its ok, sometimes frustrating, if theyre out of your medications , but not theyre fault , just the way it is sometimes...sometimes the customer needs to just go with the flow alil, things are out of control all over.

Was told they were backed up and closing for lunch and that my prescription would be ready at 2:30 when I arrived at 3:05 they were still not ready. A lady that was on the phone said I don’t know who said 2:30 I just got here at 2. That is not a professional way to handle business. The only reason I am not giving a 1 star is because the management trainee got me taken care of!

Personally I had a bad experience with CVS when I went in to use moneygram bill payThe cashier ask for a barcode which I don't think moneygram or Payless power use such technology. But I was unable to pay my light bill because of an employee who didn't have the training to. Do their job.its 25° degrees outside and electricity is going to be terminated. THANKS CVS YOUR THE GREATEST!

Lazy and incompetent. I was just discharged (major surgery with 3 night stay) from a hospital (Saturday) and wanted to check on the status of my medications online. One was not filled. When I called to find out the issue, the tech was arguing with me about a completely different prescription that had no bearing. She apologized and said that they would fill it when they have the time. I called 2.5 hours later, and the tech put me on hold to speak with the pharmacist, who informed me that he would not fill it until Monday, and told me to just use a different prescription that was prescribed to me 2 weeks prior. Nobody called me during these issues to inform me that I was not getting my most important prescription filled. I had to call every time. This just proves that they do NOT care about the wellness of the patient. This is our first dealing with the weekend crew, and we are in disgust. We are shocked because the weekday crew is excellent.
