Chubb’s accepted the AAA service request and gave a 20 min time frame even though they did not have anyone available. We waited in a parking lot with one yr old twins & a 2 yr old (yes I called and told them) for over an hour. Every time I called for an update they would say 20 min and never come. Other tow companies give the number to the driver so you can get update from them.. Not so with Chubby. The woman answering phone was rude and hurried me off phone. Will not use them again

We had a great tow truck driver. The way our truck was stuck was something that could have been a big problem. Honestly I don’t think the driver knew how the heck he got the truck out. The man was professional, courteous, and did a great job.
