Phenomenal place! Owner operated and not only does he go the extra mile to ensure you have what you need or where you can find a part but is very knowledgeable and can most likely guide you in the right direction for what you’re working on.

I went in for a part and the customer service was amazing. They didn't have the exact part but reshaped the piece I needed and installed it free of charge so I didn't have to drive to Dallas for the OEM part. I won't be going anywhere else in Terrell for car parts from now on.

Our truck broke down on Interstate 20 because of the air conditioning compressor, we didn't have any tools or parts. We had to wait the next day for an open store and we searched on Google for this store and the owner Claudio very kindly assisted us and gave us immediate delivery to the place where the truck was broken on two occasions and offered help to my husband. Excellent service!!! Thank you Claudio for your help.

This store is operated by the owner and it shows in his excellent level of customer service. He truly shows that he cares to help anyone who needs it. Even though my son was broken down on Interstate20, he offered to deliver any additional parts to me if needed. He also offered some insight about how the parts were installed. It was something that came naturally to him, but is missing so much in other retail stores. Great job Claudio!

I had a lawn mower that would not start. Claudio listened to my problem and took time to explain parts I needed, looked up on the computer, and showed me what to do and got me running again. This day in age, such good customer service is SO hard to find! I will be using him for all my car and lawnmower needs. I cannot thank you enough Claudio!

I have a 1983 chevy c10 and been looking for a low liquid pressure line clutch. Napa, AutoZone , O'Reilly Auto Parts, Young Chevrolet weren't able to help me at all. They all were giving me the " Go Around" and going in circles over and over, I finally was about to throw the white towel, I came across Carquest in Terrell, Tx. When I enter the store I was greeted by Claudio and explain to him what been looking for, he went above and beyond to find and locate the part I needed. After 45 minutes him looking for the part, he found it in Dallas where I live. After searching for for the part for 8 weeks Mr. Claudio found it in 45 minutes. He really takes PRIDE at was he does. Now my c10 has air conditioner .... Thank You Mr. Claudio and most defiantly I will do more business and recommend Carquest to my friends.

I operate Greens Tire & Auto Center right across the street from Carquest. We've done 10's of thousands of dollars worth of business with them over the years but NO LONGER! I purchased 2 engines from them and one of them went bad. When I tried to exercise my warranty, I was told by their manager Reed that I didn't have to return the original engine but only the old core. Reed goes on vacation and Octavio acted clueless for weeks throwing his employees under the bus the whole time and dodged me when I called. I ended up refunding my customer over $8000 because we stand my our word as a repair shop but Carquest lied and never refunded me for the engine. No honor amongst thieves. There are several other parts providers in Terrell that won't lie to your face and steal your money. Autozone, O'reilly, NAPA have NEVER and I mean never treated me with the disrespect Octavio and his staff have shown our shop. Octavio is a snake! Watch out for this guy.
