I was on the phone for about a minute and the workers were completely oblivious to the fact, I could literally hear them talking in the background and when one did finally acknowledge me they instantly hung up. I tried to call back again and they rejected my call!

As Usual and exceptional experience. I walked up they knew who I was giving my medication had applied to discount card and I was out the door.. I work as a pharmacy technician in another pharmacy and I pay good money to come here for the exceptional customer service

I love coming to this place. Wendy is absolutely amazing. I've worked with her several times to get my medications sorted and she's SO professional and has looked for coupons to get discounts for me. The promise time is the delivery time.. It's just top shelf business Wendy is amazing I will Always go to Brookshire's pharmacy

Window service is to slow and it's ridiculous that takes 8-10 hours to fill a script of 30 pills. Also doesn't take one of the best ins.there is Atnea.I have to go out of town.
