I've been filling my prescriptions at Bass Rutledge for about 13 years now, and I will never go anywhere else! They always have what I need in stock. When every other pharmacy around is out of a certain medication, Bass will have it. Also they offer free delivery...... I live outside of the city limits....a good ways out, and the delivery girl STILL without any hesitation offered to bring me my prescription. That's what they do here....go above and beyond. Also, their product selection is awesome!! They have hard to find, one of a kind medicines, hygiene products, and more!

I’m so thrilled for Bass Rutledge. They are fast, understanding and friendly. They even deliver free of charge which makes it so much easier. I highly recommend using this pharmacy.

They were awesome the young lady on the phone and at pick up were on top of their game. My mother-in-law was visiting and forgot some medications. They linked up with her regular pharmacy in Oklahoma and took care of everything. Thanks. The big pharmacy's are not this personable of as helpful.

Bass Rutledge I just don't know where to start. First the rude lady that answers the phone. Needs to find another job because obviously she does not want to be thereshe answers the phone like she has something better to do and you've called her and you're bothering her while you're calling her it makes no sense for you to have medicine delivered when the lady doesn't even come in until 11:00 so you have to sit up and wait all day for your medicine and there's no telling when she's going to come because there is no telling how many other people have to get their medicine best religious overrated it's just they're the only people that deliver medicine in town

Where do I start. Ive been going to Bass for years. When you walk in you feel like you are family. They go beyond for you. Sherry has helped me more than she even knows. From me living in Point for years she would mail me my meds. Now that im living in Terrell she delivers them with a smile. Then she asked me if i would want to set up an account to just pay once a month, now i only have to pay once, what customers service is that.. She needs a special reward, because im a very difficult person to deal with. Thank you, for making your customers feel like we are family..
