They were super friendly when I showed up. I waited a couple minutes for the lady to finish up with the girl in front of me. She moved her to the chair Over I sat down. She still continue to have her conversation with the other girl as I was trying to tell her what I wanted. I wanted, shorter almond shape, solid, black acrylic full set. She rushed through the entire process. When I called out a mistake. She then tried to distract me with a completely different topic. She cut my nails too short, and And instead of walking out with short almond, I walked out with super short square Pissed off it was ridiculous. Will never be going back seem to be great with pedicures because she left me look like little toenails. I want my money back for the service because not only did she screw my stuff up. I had to go get them redone.

So I made my wife a nail appointment at 5:30, and upon her arrival her nail tech (Hannah) was finishing a client. After she finished the client, Hannah’s manager decided to place another client who had just come in ahead of my wife. My wife, of course, calmy addresses him telling him that she already had an appointment. He tells her they don’t do appointments, and she proceeded to tell him that I made her one. He went on to start being aggressive disrespectful to my wife telling her to get out, there’s other nail places around Terrell, that she’s trouble due to her acknowledging her appointment. That’s unacceptable costumer service and because he was having a bad day he blew up on her. Treat your loyal customers right, AS WELL AS ALL CLIENTS.

Used to go years ago and they were great but I stopped getting my nails done and now I’m back and they are still doing an amazing job! I have to keep them very short for work, I get a ballerina shape, typically with a matte finish and 1-2 accent nails. They always remember me and know exactly what I want and finish in a timely manner.

I am very disappointed in this lady I don’t remember her name exactly but she was rude from the jump. At first I asked for a French toe and it looked like she didn’t know what she was doing at all. I asked for a simple color toe instead so it’ll be easier for her. She was rough with me the whole time and I would make a comment with something I didn’t like she said “next time don’t come to me because you’re too picky” first off you picked me and I think that is just plain disgusting, you don’t talk to a customer like that. She left my toes looking very unpresentable I asked if she could fix it to my liking and she said she would charge more I agreed but she left to work on another girl. Also the whole time she was rushing the beads were watery and she didn’t take the time to at least make them look nice. I would give it a 1 star but thank you so much to Tanya she helped me out and did what she could to fix the mess the other lady did. She was very welcoming and overall a sweet lady So ask for Tanya please definitely a 10/10 for herService: Pedicure

This has been the far worst Nail salon, I have ever gone to I just wanted my nails off !! I had to stop the guy because he was going to take my nails off with a fake nail I said oh nooo… After he almost took my finger off with the clippers please don’t go here is not worth anybody time. By the way he has long hair and didn’t even bother to apologize to me to make up for my finger or something I was extremely mad! Never again will I lay foot here!! My nail wouldn’t stop bleeding it hurt so bad never again!Service: Acrylic nails

I got my nails done on 01/06/22. These are what they look like the very next day. The sides of my toes are super swollen. I have my civil wedding tomorrow and I doubt I will be able to wear my heels. The lady that did my toes was very nice, but she could tell she was hurting me bc she kept looking up at me every time she cut the side of my toes. I didn’t want to complain because I thought maybe I was just being dramatic (some people have a havier hand than others). I definitely was not being dramatic. I can’t even wear socks without the fabric rubbing and causing unbearable pain.
