At the old address when Chris was behind the counter, 5 stars all day every day. I personally saw them do mechanical miracles could have charged me significantly more but they had sympathy for my budget and cut me a deal.
NOW.... not even.
A few years ago my windshield washer stopped working, they had started charging $75 just to get a vehicle in the shop, no matter the issue.
They found a loose hose, put it back on used 1 zip tie, literally cost less than $1, but charged me the full $75, ain't been back since.
$75 for 1 zip tie & 2 minutes of work?

Competent professionals doing a job good enough for an ambulance.
Nice folks too. What needed doing done with no hassle and a fair bill.
Easy enough to get to if you have the navigating app. A little out of the way if you're following directions somebody told you... I might suggest it could maybe stand a couple of signs directing traffic from the more traveled roadway, something at each turn telling you which way to go and you're almost there? But this is the 21st century and pretty nearly everybody has a handheld Gadget that can get them where they want to go... ?

I really do appreciate the ethics that they have here at Wisner. Rick explained in detail what was going on with my truck and he advised me not to get a transmission flush or A.

I brought my truck here when I needed a tune up and check a misfire. Well It turned out it was more to it then I first thought. It needed camshaft and parts that associated with. I did my research before I took it here and the misfire was a correct diagnose beside changing spark plug or coil. Unfortunately if you have the notorious Hemi click it not just something easy to fix. I was skeptical because of the price of repairing it was close like buying a good cash car. Once I got there, Rick and the mechanic who diagnosed the problems showed me everything that had to repaired, so that me feel secured in paying so much in this major repair. Have to say my truck feels alive and they always do a great job. Btw, after waiting for my truck for couple of days, the following week my AC went out and of course they got me in asap. Explained everything and the unknown DIY mistake of recharging it myself. Awesome place and worth spending for the repairs. The shop does not sugarcoat anything, all you have to do is ask why so much and Rick and whoever will show and explain it in layman's term. Everyone in the shop are nice and easy to talk to. Thanks Wisener!!

The pricing is unreasonably high, they wanted to charge me $920 for a new brake booster replacement on a 21 year old gas work truck, they are good people, but they could definitely adjust some prices by giving customers options on parts.

Rick was incredibly helpful when my car stalled on my drive to Dallas from San Antonio. I've had some issues with my battery terminals that he was able to figure out and get fixed promptly. He was very professional and provided great customer service. I’m glad I picked his shop late in the evening in a town I was unfamiliar with. Would trust him with my car any day!

I had been away for a few years and I kinda had to find out the hard way that once WAS at the former Ponder's, no longer IS. During the Ponder's Auto and Fleet days, me and my wife use to take our cars here without a problem with Mr. Ponder and his crew. But since his retirement, along with the whole name change, things have clearly took a complete 180 and my wife was treated very poorly at the new Wiseners on our recent visit. Also, what turned out to be a nearly $750 estimate over here, we found to be around $200 less most everywhere else. So to make a long story short, we simply paid for the diagnostic and took our car somewhere else for the actual repair and maintenance.
