ATM hasn't worked since last week. When is this going to be fixed???? When I called she said someone is going to on Friday or Saturday now here we are another week and still not working.

The ATM is great— when it’s not out of service. It’s precise when counting cash deposits and you’re given options on how you want your receipt (email, text, or print). There’s only one Wells Fargo ATM in the area. The closest one aside from this one is all the way in Waco or Harker Heights.Unfortunately, this ATM is consistently out of service. I work all the time and the only chance I get to deposit my cash/checks is Sunday afternoon. The bank itself, like every other bank, is closed on Sundays, so the ATM is my only option. It’s just really frustrating.

These 5 stars are for Leo Mak's customer service. He went above and beyond to help my friend who just lost her dad. A lot of obstacles but he was patient and extremely helpful and helped her get his affairs in order.

Horrible service! Friday they would expect a rush but they have tellers working and there was 2 employees working at 1 teller booth. WTF! Spread out and to make it worst they close off a teller and this is during lunch time when there about 12 people in line. Figure it out Wells Far gone! So out of touch. DONT COME HERE!

Line of customers, with as many reps behind the glass. You figure they prefer helping customers instead of closing registers. Sorry but not a good bank visit.

This ATM is always unavailable and I came and deposit money through the ATM when I want to.... IT REALLY JUST DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE ???

The tellers in this branch are inefficient and lacking common sense. They take people out of order who are waiting for services (without appointments). And are not willing to help customers out if it will take longer than their closing time. Wasted over an hour to open an account and the banker said it would take 30 mins to open an account (ridiculous). Will never visit this branch again...recommend nobody does, there are a lot of other banks that have helpful and knowledgeable bankers.

Don't go here if you need a banker. Every time I go for a banker there is no one available. Today I was just standing in the bank waiting for help and not even a teller offered help, no greetings, just nothing. No bankers in the banker area to be seen. I called the bank and said how do I get help, I am in here now. The lady starts to tell me they have only 1 banker and not available now. Told me to do it my self on my iphone app. WTF? No more personal help here. It's all do it yourself. These employees are actually putting themselves out of a job.

Seems like getting help with needed services is challenging for this branch. Even trying to schedule an appointment for a future date is something they struggle with. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I guess I'll have to figure it out and wait until is more convenient for them to help a customer.

I went to the bank yesterday around 1am on 06-05-21 because I don't have week days as my day off. Tried to do international wire. Only 1 person was working and he was busy (all booked), so I was told. I asked to help with the appt. The clerk said that was not part of his job. He can't do it. Worse customer service I have ever since. I'm not sure why they can't put 2 people to help with service. I left and walked across the street to Chase instead. Great service and the rep. help me right away. International wire completed.
