Went this morning and it was very clean. I have not used a laundromat in a while but the lady working this morning was very helpful and talked me through using the machine and the app.

I go there once a week. Very clean all the time. Friendly staff who don't mind assisting the customers.I just realized four hours after I did my laundry that I had mistakenly left my bed sheets in the dryer. OMG ☺️I called and they held them for me to be picked up. The service and care they provide their customers is outstanding!!!!Thank you so much.

Don’t pay extra for hot water. It never works. Three times I’ve come here - 3 different machines & No hot water - just cool. Staff says - it should work.Yes, I do check the glass and feel the water coming in. If your company tells you the hot water goes straight into the drum then the glass should feel warm also like other laundry mats I have been to. Your glass feels cool during the whole process telling me there is no hot water pumping in. Thank you for responding.

This place is a nice facility but the dryers have NO heat. Been drying 4 pairs of jeans, 2 shirts, and a light cotton throw for over an hour on high heat...wasting my time and $$! ? I had to move 2 dryers of clothes to different dryers and still had little heat. I told the attendant that 2 of the dryers have no heat. She didn't offer to reimburse or put a sticky on them saying they don't work. Wonder how many people before me had the same problem....rip off artists. I left with most of my clothes somewhat damp.
