Absolute horrible service in the pharmacy. My son is autistic and has seizures. I ordered his medicine for 2 day delivery only receiving half of the medicines I ordered for him. I called to see if I could get an emergency dose to get him through Christmas. After repeatedly being hung up on, I finally got ahold of a tech who told me my best bet was to take him to the ER to get a new script. I called back once again and was told I could buy emergency doses because insurance wouldn't fill it again. This was not my mistake. I will take this as far as I need to.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Walgreens while managing post-surgery medications for a family member. My sister was informed that one of the prescribed medications would be ready in an hour (1) . After this hour passed, I called and was told to wait an additional 90 minutes (2). When I called back after this period, another staff member stated it wouldn't be ready until the next day at 11 AM. However, upon mentioning that I was previously told 90 minutes, the staff agreed to have it ready by 6:05 PM to accommodate the inconvenience (3). Despite knowing this med is an over-the-counter drug, I assumed this was a specific prescription based on the doctor’s instructions on the Rx discharge forms. This led to confusion and wasted time, as I found out after an hour's wait in the drive thru line that since it is an OTC, it is not available as a prescription and has to be purchased inside (4). The staff were generally helpful, but the entire process was marked by miscommunication and inefficiency, adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging day.

I understand that the pharmacist may be overworked, but that is no reason to get frustrated with a customer and speak disrespectful. Well that happened to me today, Thursday, October 12, 2023. I think that is despicable, because he would not have wanted to be spoken to in that manner!

If you’re getting vaccinations here ask for Lauren. It was the most painless shot I’ve ever received. The pharmacy is pretty busy so be prepared for a short line whether you’re inside the store or outside using the drive-thru.

Brendon, thank you. Very kind. Great customer service. He knows what he’s doing. The girl at the drive thru pharmacy today 4/27/23 around 5:30pm needs more training. When it comes to depression medication, you really should try and figure it out instead of turning people away and not asking anyone for help if you‘re inexperienced with transferring prescriptions from one Walgreens to another. I understand newbies training but I have a job to keep and need to be able to function. This Walgreens lost my trust on my first visit but I am grateful for Brendon.

Cashier was quick and friendly. Sometimes they need more than one person at the front though. The wait can be a little long.

Very frustrating experience. I made a decision to save $80 and use Walgreens Covid PCR test that has to be sent to lab instead of CVS PCR/NAAT rapid test that gives results in 2 hours. Has to be done within 72 hours of flight. I scheduled appointment for Wednesday at 4:45 for a Saturday morning flight. The results did not come in until after my flight left. The airlines would not allow me to board without proper negative proof so I ended up at hospital emergency room on Friday night. This costed me over $2000. I will never do this again. I wanted to warn everyone that it is too risky to take lab test for international flights. I will go to CVS in the future.

I have to say I use walgreens for my prescription and they are very speedy and so helpful and kind. Especially a girl named Briana! She's always has a smile on her first and always shows kindness to me! She's very patient and has shown very good customer service and has gone above and beyond in many many ways! Need more people like her in this world!!

I have been a Walgreen shopper in Temple, and then in Belton for maany years, The store in Temple is run like a well oiled machine, however, the one in Belton, not so much, for one thng. , they cannot keep a pharmast, and service is just not there any more. Forinstance, I can't tell you how many times i have waited on hold on the phone, for sometimes over 45 min. and then be disconnected when it finally comes my turn, and then have to go the the beganning of the long wait again, with no appoligies. Back when Shawn and Dan used to work there it was a great place to get your prescriptions, now all they have is temp pharmacist . There is one manager named Itsy, that is on the ball and gives wonderful custoomer service, however the rest not so much. I hate givinmg bad reviews, however, this Belton Tx. store is the worse i have ever experienced. At this location, for some reason, in the last few mo. they have lost quit a few pharmacist and employs. lines are long and the phone at the pharmacy is totaly out of the question if you want service unless you have half the day to be on hold. Unfortunately, , as a whole, If they would rate a less than one, however it is not fair to give them that because of the ones that really try to take up the slack. Walgreens you really need to get on the ball, as this is the worse walgreens I have ever tried to stay at, It is not only me that feels this way, but you ought to hear what the customers are saying when you are waiting in line. Hope you get it together some day Belton Walgreens

I went in today to get a vaccination. I set up the appointment last week on their website. I received confirmation emails and text messages reminding me about the appointment. I went in today filled out all the paperwork, gave them all the insurance information, and only then did they tell me they did not have the vaccine. I drove far to get it, but I don't get that time or gas back. The store had plenty of opportunity to let me know ahead of time that they did not have the vaccine, but they did not. This could have been avoided, but why should I ever set foot in a Walgreens again?

I gave up on Walgreens after 10 years last year, but thought I’d give it another shot since I was on this side of town and did not want to go back to Temple. I feel bad for the pharmacy workers here, but Walgreens needs to go the way of the DoDo.Every time I have been here I’ve waited in lengthy lines behind other frustrated customers with wait times upward of an hour and a half only to find medication hasn’t even been filled, my medication lost, shorted over 60 pills, or stuck waiting on people to get vaccines while there is only 1 person working in there. This seems to be the general consensus among all Walgreens from everyone I’ve ever spoken to. The store part is great and has everything you might need but the pharmacies are always trash. It’s no wonder you never see the same pharmacist or techs there for more than a couple months. If anyone is needing to hire pharmacy staff, the back door of any Walgreens would be a great place to look. I’d recommend going anywhere else before sending your prescriptions here.

I have no problems with any store employees or pharmacy employees. I get so mad when the call center answers the phone! They are rude, they hang up on you all the time. One day I waited on hold an hour and 49 minutes before I hung up. I can't always go to the store. If my son doesn't have a nurse, I can't leave the house. The ap says his med is out of stock, more is coming. When? Who knows! You can't get the actual store on the phone! He gets the same med at the same time every month, since the store has opened! Why is it out of stock? Make sure it's there!
