The front desk clerk who answers phone calls. Is in another world. Had no refill she says i dont see the med and you need to call the doctor yourself. I gave her the RX number. Very rude and you can tell it is inconvenient for her to help the customer if it takes an extra step . She has done this before and i had to call the person in charge to get an answer.

I have to say I use walgreens for my prescription and they are very speedy and so helpful and kind. Especially a girl named Briana! She's always has a smile on her first and always shows kindness to me! She's very patient and has shown very good customer service and has gone above and beyond in many many ways! Need more people like her in this world!!

I have been a Walgreen shopper in Temple, and then in Belton for maany years, The store in Temple is run like a well oiled machine, however, the one in Belton, not so much, for one thng. , they cannot keep a pharmast, and service is just not there any more. Forinstance, I can't tell you how many times i have waited on hold on the phone, for sometimes over 45 min. and then be disconnected when it finally comes my turn, and then have to go the the beganning of the long wait again, with no appoligies. Back when Shawn and Dan used to work there it was a great place to get your prescriptions, now all they have is temp pharmacist . There is one manager named Itsy, that is on the ball and gives wonderful custoomer service, however the rest not so much. I hate givinmg bad reviews, however, this Belton Tx. store is the worse i have ever experienced. At this location, for some reason, in the last few mo. they have lost quit a few pharmacist and employs. lines are long and the phone at the pharmacy is totaly out of the question if you want service unless you have half the day to be on hold. Unfortunately, , as a whole, If they would rate a less than one, however it is not fair to give them that because of the ones that really try to take up the slack. Walgreens you really need to get on the ball, as this is the worse walgreens I have ever tried to stay at, It is not only me that feels this way, but you ought to hear what the customers are saying when you are waiting in line. I went in today to get a vaccination. I set up the appointment last week on their website. I received confirmation emails and text messages reminding me about the appointment. I went in today filled out all the paperwork, gave them all the insurance information, and only then did they tell me they did not have the vaccine. I drove far to get it, but I don't get that time or gas back. The store had plenty of opportunity to let me know ahead of time that they did not have the vaccine, but they did not. This could have been avoided, but why should I ever set foot in a Walgreens again?

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I don't normally write reviews like this, but these people were incompetent and completely unhelpful. After waiting an hour and circling back through the line three times to find out they were out of stock of my prescription, they told me I would have to call around to other pharmacies myself to find somewhere it was in stock. The doctor's office said this is not the way a pharmacy should do business. The cashier at the front of the store was delightful, but after my experience at the pharmacy, it will be a long time before I step foot in another Walgreens.

The employees at this store are not helpful and can be very rude. I smiled and spoke to the older red head cashier that checked me out yesterday, she just started at me. It was apparent that she did not want to service me. I hate that I have to go here for prescriptions.

For the life of me I cannot understand why it takes so long to scoop some pills into a little bottle and why there's no sense of urgency and trying to get people in and out quicker, I also cannot understand how they say that your prescription is ready and then you arrive and your prescription is not ready they tell you to loop around the building and get back in line, knowing how slow their line moves.... They just don't care. They need to have a meeting and a game plan to assist people better, more efficient, and in a timely manner.... Find somewhere else to fill your precipitations, they can't handle anymore then what they got apparently.

I have never been to a store and seen people treat employees like such trash. It is honestly shocking. I have never had a problem at this store or pharmacy. I have always been treated with care and respect however, I have seen many times repulsive behavior on the part of the shoppers and pharmacy clientele. I occasionally have to wait in line for my turn because of modern day staffing shortages, but I don't see how anyone would want to work here given how the employees are treated by the customers. Thank you random employees who want a paycheck for putting up with such awful people day and day out. So much for southern hospitality I suppose :(

Absolutely worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Waited over 45 minutes to start, pharmacist never asked what flavor we wanted mixed into our six year olds medication. Watched her use the flavor machine to mix in cherry and when asked if she could remake it in a different flavor since she never asked us what kind we wanted. She then proceeded to tell us she couldn't remake it because their flavor machine hasn't worked in months, when we told her we just watched her mix in the flavor she said "no, I don't think you did" like excuse me ma'am, we literally just watched you. You dropped the ball and don't want to remake something that you shouldn't have made to begin with. The other pharmacist came over and said it would be an additional charge and never came back to the window. You can remake it with a different flavor but your flavor machine "isn't working" either a lot of miscommunication or pure laziness. I will never be back here. 0/10 would never recommend
