Kelsey and Joey at my local Verizon Store deserve a standing ovation! Their customer service is like a well-choreographed dance – smooth, entertaining, and leaving you wanting an encore. I've waltzed into the store a few times, changing plans more often than my socks, upgrading phones like a tech fashionista, and even returned an upgrade for a better one – they handled it with flair. Adding a business line felt like expanding my entourage. These two are the dynamic duo of Verizon, turning what could be a tech tango into a comedy show with flawless execution. Bravo, Kelsey and Joey, you've earned my five-star review and a spot in my customer hall of fame!

Go to another store! The service reps and manager at this store do not know what they are doing. I went in to upgrade a cell early November. At the end of the transaction, I opted out of the $25 Verizon home warranty (this will come up again). Their system had an issue with my card, so I used another card to pay for the upgrade fee and sales tax for the new phone. We left the store and within 5 minutes were called back because they said their system didn't show my payment went through. On our way back to the store I verified that both bank cards had a pending charge for the same amount. They said it should clear up over the weekend.A week later the manager calls again to tell me I need to come back to the store and pay that same amount again because their system still showed no payment, but my card charges went from "pending" to being fully charged. He said that he was told that Verizon refunded both amounts and that we needed to come back and pay. I told him I would come back and pay as soon as both charges were refunded. He agreed.Another week goes by and he calls me again, telling me that the charges still haven't shown. I let him know that neither of the two charges were refunded to my cards. He said I needed to come pay (a third time), or return the phone, or that the full charge of the cell would appear on my bill in the next few months. Again, I told him that I'm not returning the phone and that I will return to pay once both charges were refunded. At this point civilities went out the window and he said he was going to personally make sure I got charged for the cell phone. I asked him to stop contacting me and that I would deal with Verizon customer service.After multiple days and about 15 total hours on the phone with Verizon, they finally found the problem. That store messed up the transaction. The Verizon Cares department had to redo the paperwork to setup the phone upgrade and fix everything that store (the clerk, the manager, or both) did to mess up the original contract, to include adding that Verizon home warranty to my account. And I had to file a claim with my bank to get one of the charged refunded. All this because that store messed it up.Save yourself a headache, there's another Verizon store in Belton about 8 mins away.

DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE. Oh, they will set you up but I had to activate from home auto pay and bank info. Yes I am old but I went down to Wally World and got T mobile for Cheaper per month. They are pitiful at this store. I am trying to get my set up fees back. Only had phone for 7 days.

Someone had access to my account and ordered a new iPhone. Verizon did contact me and assurred me I wouldn't be charged. A month later a received a large phone bill. I contacted Verizon and they resolved it. But not to my satisfaction.

This is worst place. Takes forever took 4 hours to get set up and then cant get your service set up right. I have spent 8 hours dealing with this nightmare. If your thinking of switching go somewhere else Verizon is rhe absolute worst. Wish i would have never left at&t. AT&T maybe a little more exspensive but its worth dealing with a company that knows what they are doing.

I’m not a Verizon customer, but I bought an accessory from their online store. Long story short I needed to return the item and was told I could do so at this location. I was greeted promptly and although there was a little wait I was soon taken care of by their friendly staff. If I had better service around my home I would certainly entertain using Verizon as my go to carrier based on how nice their employees are even when it was a return and not a sale. Thanks !

My 6 month old phone was having problems this morning unable to open Google. I stopped by the store a young man pushed a bunch of buttons said it was fixed. Thirty minutes later doing the same thing. Returned to store I was checked in by the manager. After 20 minutes he spoke to the same employee I had before. Same thing pushed buttons works temporarily. He stated no technicians in the store that's all he can do. I call corporate they say there is supposed to be technicians available. My husband cleared the cache and my phone is fixed! Felt like the employees didn't want to be bothered.
