Worst dry cleaners in temple. My work clothes felt like it was just pressed even tho they were instructed to add heavy starch. Dry cleaning is too expansive when you take multiple pieces of clothing, to not even what you asked/paid for.

If your looking to get work clothes starched their heavy starch is equivalent to light starch. Please don’t waste your money because at the end of the day they only offer to redue it at the same price. Will be taking my business else wear. Dry cleaners is too expensive to not get the quality that is expected! Hope this saves some money in other pockets

I've used this place for the past year or so and initially it was great, very friendly people. However last week they ruined my suit pants & gave it back to me without saying anything. I only noticed when I took the suit out the morning of a job interview and saw the broken elastic threads coming through the seams. This was not a cheap suit, only 6 months old, & I only ever gave it to Valet to clean, nowhere else. As you can imagine I had to frantically find a different outfit for my interview, and now I will have to purchase new suit pants going forward. They may be friendly, but I do not recommend using this establishment.

This review is difficult to publish because of the ugly nature that a stealing employee brings upon a business. I was exactly one week late to pick up my dry cleaning. on Tuesday, I did go to pick up my two pairs of slacks. The lady who did not take my order had helped me. She entered my phone number and became upset. Asking out loudly, "Why is her [me] stuff in the employees rack, labeled me!?" The older woman who took my information appeared to have claimed my items, just after 7 days. I was so disgusted to learn that a small mom and pop business would attempt to pull something so petty and tacky on a loyal customer. I do not recommend Valet Cleaners. Employees should not covet your goods and orchestrate the stealing of your clothing. Shameful and tacky, the woman who intended to steal my things, could not look any of us in the eye. Hate to say it but it seems everyone there understood what she was trying to finagle. THUMBS DOWN, THEIF!!!

I’m currently living in a bed and breakfast and don’t have la laundry facilities. Ok I’m too lazy to go do my own so Valet takes care of it for me. Very professional and friendly. I’ve been there 3 times and they know my name when I come in. Always greeted with a smile.

I took my TDCJ work shirt to be cleaned and pressed and 3 weeks later no call or anything! I call today and they lost my work shirt! I’m super aggravated! No courtesy calls or anything to let me know what’s going on. No apologies or anything just we can’t find your shirt!

They ruined a shirt that I had purchased in Africa. Altered and ruined an expensive jacket. Lost a pair of pants and my husband's shirt. Had been using them for years. Took our business elsewhere.

They managed to get the dried jello out of my son's wizard robe. He was very impressed. It even came with a hanger! He recommends them to everyone now!

I have used this cleaners for years. I've had many things altered and hemmed but I was so very disappointed today. I went in to drop off some pants that I need repaired but the young lady at the counter said I had to pay first. I told her that I've always paid for my alterations when I picked up my items but this did not matter. The lady at the counter said it was a "new rule" that such things had to be pre-paid. I decided to take my business and my money to another place. When I asked the lady her name she said "Macy........I'm the owners daughter so.......". I will never use this place again. I guess customer service really is dead.
