Customer service is not it here. Tone, the choice of words you use, and body language. Anyways, I’d like to know why I can only use a lease or mortgage when the application literally gives 2 other options of forms.

Sat and watched LYDIA throw the card reader at a customer because LYDIA didn’t understand what the customer was tryna tell her. Tho the customer was a bit flustered having to repeat herself the customer state neutral and didn’t cuss. Lydia proceeded to cuss at her and cause more of a scene than needed. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR from employee very unprofessional. She’s lucky the girl didn’t get physical.

One of the worst experiences I had dealing with delivery. My package was supposed to be delivered today and was met with a “no such number” update on my tracking. Double checking on what was I thought a screw up on my end, turns out to be actually the correct address l put down for delivery. After waiting on the phone for two hours for customer service to help me out, I was recommended to “hunt down” the delivery driver. Ridiculous. I went to the post office and they were of no help either. Super unorganized, unprofessional and inconvenient company. Save yourself the stress and worry and opt with FedEX or UPS.

Moved into house almost 2 months ago, was provide a mailbox key with house keys, had no issues until I returned from 2 week trip to Mn, now key doesn't work, went to PO and was told I was suppose to come down there and provide copy of lease and I would receive 3 keys for mailbox, I told them I had no problem for the first 6 weeks , nor was I informed that there was a requirement to do so in the welcome package I received at the same address a month ago I mentioned that it sounded like a typical Government SNAFU I was accused them of taking down to the employee and told if I continued it would be put on back burner, I explained to the guy that having been employed by the Government for 33 yrs with 3 different entities I was quite familiar with how the Government worked, I was told to wait at home and the carrier would be by to change the lock and provide 3 keys, I was told to wait at home with no time provided, so far after sitting home all day, the carrier is a no show, it should also be noted that the phone number provided just goes to voice mail with no mailbox, I mentioned that as well and was told they would work on that, this place is a total joke !

Came in for a passport photo. They said they would see me next. 2 hours later he went to lunch. This guys is a POS.

I’m getting tired of not receiving my mail bc the mailman puts the packages or the keys in the wrong slot in the neighborhood cluster box. This is the second time in a two week span.

I literally have been getting other ppl mail and packages! I put them back and I have cameras showing the mail men and women looking at the mail and still leave it! I have all the ppl in my house on my box! Some is ppl court documents and summons!!

The phone menu and system is completely useless. Trying to use it is tantamount to lighting time on fire. I understand that that's the USPS phone system and not this branch but this branch uses it nevertheless. Whoever designed, built, and signed off on this phone system should be barred from ever working in the industry again.

I went to the post office today around 10:30AM 9/19/2023 I spoke with someone named Matthew at first about a passport issue that I had my first name was wrong he told me I would have to pay a fee of $9 and if I wanted it Expedited it’ll be a fee of $60 I said “it’s not fair for customers to have to pay for it to be shipped back if it was human error on the National Passport end they should waive that fee.” He says “that’s just the way it is the post office doesn’t pay for it Nor does that National passport pay for it.” I said “I feel like they scamming people out of money because that’s unfair.” he then proceeds to say “I’m not gonna argue you with ma’am you either gonna pay or you not you have up to one year it’s free other than that you pay.” I then say “let me speak to the post master.” he says “we don’t have a post master.” I asked for a manager he said “I’m the lead I know what I’m talking about been doing this thing for years.” I say “okay do you have a supervisor.” he nods yes and he showed me where the supervisor was. Matthew was very rude and did not have good customer service on the other hand I spoke to the supervisor John he waived the fee for me and was very understanding I want to thank him so much and any time he wants Chinese food I got him I also spoke to David he was awesome both of those gentleman explained everything to me well and I appreciate them so much thank you again for all the help David and John!

Awesome customer service today 8/29 from Tiffany. She had laughing and feeling comfortable the whole time as I made my package transaction. Clean and quiet environment.

Nobody EVER answers the phone. The phone mailbox has been full for years. I hate having to make multiple trips to the post office when I should be able to get some basic information over the phone.

Accusing customers of keeping wrongfully delivered packages and then making threats to customers.. when I have zero clue about what package they are saying I’m keeping the only package I have received in the past 30 days is a Amazon delivery from Amazon drivers
