Two days ago the mail person instead of setting package by mail box, put it in the fence yard thats for the dogs and they destroyed it. Please don't put package in by dogs ! The fence isn't even by the mailbox did ya just throw it in there ?

They are the laziest people on the planet. Today no one was parked in front of my home and the mail person flew by and skipped us and went to our neighbor. Need to call them about something? Don't bother all you'll get (if anything) is a bunch of lame excuses. Maybe start hiring people that aren't that lazy.

This is the absolute worst mail delivery! I was standing in my front yard talking to a Fema inspector after a natural disaster and my mail person just zips past, skips my house and delivers next door. If the mail person felt the inspector parked too close to the mailbox, he could've pulled up behind him and I would've walked down and retrieved my mail. They are the laziest mail people I have ever dealt with. Temple Post Office needs to start dealing with all these complaints!

I'm expecting extremely important legal documents that need to be signed for. The post man made 1 (ONE!) attempt to deliver it and didn't even bother to knock, even though he should have been able to see me clearly through the window where I was sitting right next to the door. I literally didn't even know he was waiting for me to answer the door. He just left the flyer and left; no second attempt to deliver. I tried to look up the barcode, and it's not even showing up on the website. Unbelievable.

This is the worst.delivery service I have ever had. The postal carriers are incapable of following directions. When a package from.a pharmacy says "signature confirmation required", the mail carrier should know that the instruction means they have to deliver it to a person, not a mail box.
Every time I have important mail, it sits somewhere for 5 days. Why are packages addressed to Temple sent from Dallas to Houston and up to Austin before getting to Temple?

Lived a number of places and this town has the worst postal service I've seen. It regularly takes multiple days for my :out going" mail to be picked up. The mail person just stuffs the incoming mail around my outgoing package. I have a small business and my customers frequently complain that the tracking on mailed packages doesn't work. That's because once they finally do take the packages they don't scan it as "picked up".

Customer service is not it here. Tone, the choice of words you use, and body language. Anyways, I’d like to know why I can only use a lease or mortgage when the application literally gives 2 other options of forms.

Sat and watched LYDIA throw the card reader at a customer because LYDIA didn’t understand what the customer was tryna tell her. Tho the customer was a bit flustered having to repeat herself the customer state neutral and didn’t cuss. Lydia proceeded to cuss at her and cause more of a scene than needed. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR from employee very unprofessional. She’s lucky the girl didn’t get physical.

One of the worst experiences I had dealing with delivery. My package was supposed to be delivered today and was met with a “no such number” update on my tracking. Double checking on what was I thought a screw up on my end, turns out to be actually the correct address l put down for delivery. After waiting on the phone for two hours for customer service to help me out, I was recommended to “hunt down” the delivery driver. Ridiculous. I went to the post office and they were of no help either. Super unorganized, unprofessional and inconvenient company. Save yourself the stress and worry and opt with FedEX or UPS.
