I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt! Each time it’s always a worker that “adds that strike”. Customer service inquiries about perfume is horrible!!! HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!!! Best to just order online or go to another location. The customers that come through those doors are the ones that are keeping it open! If you don’t want to work, stay at home, Probably cannot! So don’t take your bad days out on paying customers that are helping you stay afloat in this economy!! I wished the young lady w/the pretty nails and long black hair can work everyday!! The only one that seems to love what she does!!!

Wow! However much they pay the hairstylist Rain, they need to give her double. I came in for a keratin treatment with a color and cut. I had previous box hair color on my head , and in all honesty hadn’t done my hair in years. She got me an even color throughout my whole head without even bleaching. Rain is a very talented stylist. And I’m extremely glad I came here to get my hair done.

The pictures speak VOLUME! I don't usually leave negative reviews but this experience was awful! I've never had anyone mess my hair up like this. I originally went in on a Saturday, I asked for icy blonde she said not a good idea so I just went with my regular blonde and red highlights I've gotten for years! They ran out of the red dye they were using in the middle of doing my hair so they went and mixed two colors up to "color match". When she started to rinse my hair I just had a feeling it was going to be bad when she used hot water instead of cold water but I'm no professional so I just assumed she knew what she was doing. After cutting it and blow drying she asks "how are we feeling about the color" MY HAIR WAS NEON ORANGE!!! I was so upset but I tried to be understanding and they had me come back the next day to get someone else to fix it... needless to say it WAS NOT fixed, it may have been a little less orange but no where near what I had asked for.. the first two pictures are from the 1st day and the 2nd tow are after their 2nd attempt to "fix it".. I kept my cool the manager was nice and appreciated me being calm about it but causing a scene wouldn't have gotten me anywhere but all the attention on this awful hair I had to walk out with! They asked me to come back a THIRD time with a more experienced color specialist, after thinking on it I decided not to and here I am about 2 months later still trying to do color correction on my hair, the orange has been so stubborn and hard to get out! Please use caution if you are thinking about using this salon!

I paid 79 dollars for the worst haircut I’ve had in 48 years. One side is 3 inches shorter than the other side and she said it was due to more weight on that side. What??? My stylist was very sweet but had no experience whatsoever and no one else was there to help fix it- so I’ll be spending 100 more tomorrow to go to experienced stylist to fix the problem- and it’s so short. Never again.
