Katherine in sales was patient and knowledgeable in helping me to decide on a door. Price was excellent. I only gave four stars because the driver who delivered my door hit my garbage can and knocked it over when departing. He did not take a moment to stop and stand it back up.

Good prodduct, good prices, nice showroom. Girl at fronr counter did good, taking care of us. Salesmen at small desks were slow and lazy. She called for assistance a couple of times. Salesman on left saw us looking at him to see if he was going to help. When he saw us looking, he went to other people, then disappeared. Another salesguy on the back desk finally go up to come over. I showed him the 2 kitchen faucets we were interested in. He said one was out of stock and he would get the other up to the front. He then disappeared. The counter girl took over again and finished the sale. You've got some serious issues with the floor salesmen. We come here due to the product choices.

Great place to shop and get all your remodel ideas. They have lots of patio furniture and other furniture items. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

In this day and age, customer service as a whole is mediocre at best, with the exception of Tri Supply (Temple). They went above and beyond to help me out of a predicament I had gotten myself into, all while genuinely seeming to care about my situation and doing more than I could have asked to help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
