I went into the location in downtown Temple at number four at 12:35 PM on Saturday 16 December. Customer service was rude and the lady even asked me if I could read or not because I didn’t see the sign on the door that said she was on the bathroom break. The lady continue to be rude and disrespectful by asking if I was just sensitive or something very bad business. That lady needs to be fired.
