“Today I went into PNC Bank Temple South Branch in hopes of exchanging a torn half of a $5 bill; Potentially worth more than the $3 I have to my name. A wonderful lady helping me, informed me that there was not quite enough of the bill for the bank to be able to exchange it. Hopelessly, I asked about any other options as far as me contacting the federal reserve. Without hesitation, this heavenly woman offered me $5 out of her own pocket. When I told her how much that meant to me as it was all I had, she offered me another $5 and insisted I accept it. I desperately needed her kindness today and will use the $10 with so much thankfulness. God Bless this wonderfully kind woman.”

“It’s hard to get frustrated with a bank when they have very little to profit from the little but if money you keep in the bank. Lol. So, having a service minded heart, I grow disappointed with the banking service I receive pretty quickly. Well I stumbled on Central national bank, called in to see how to open an account with all this crazy covid. Not only did Linnea Reyes answer my questions, but she took the time to answer the questions she knew I would have as I navigated there website. True professional... Justin, in the drive though today was super pleasant, and extremely quick with cashing my check. Thank you Central National Bank for still believing in people... great bank, off the beaten path, 1/2 mile from academy. Thank you!”

“UPDATE: They have fixed the ATMs. They have reached out to apologize for the inconvenience and that really goes a long way. Very pleased with this update.Why the ATMs at this location are never working anymore I have no idea. It’s been months and each time I go they’re down. Not a convenient place to bank with.”
