Came in for a toilet and parts, the gentleman was helpful and professional and was able to provide a product that was as close to the original as possible. The service here is friendly and professional, a worthy destination for your plumbing needs.

Place is great. I'm a noob when it comes to plumbing, but the staff are extremely friendly and eager to help. Told them what I was doing and my plan to go about it. They threw in a great suggestion or two and pulled all the parts I needed to get the job done. When the next plumbing project comes up, WinSupply is where I'll be going.

I came in with the part that I needed but it was so old an corroded that there were no numbers, they were able to identify the exact size and manufacturer and had the whole set and tools I needed. Got another bathroom I need to do and will be coming to them for parts.

Seems like a nice, new store, but the two men who were working were not welcoming or helpful. I was disappointed with their customer service.

Brad, the owner, graciously gave us store credit on a Rennai tankless water heater that never worked properly. We will be repeat customers. Temple Winnelson - winning minds and hearts.
