they said i could just drop her of i told them she had a Uti which she did so what got me worked up is they called my wife to ask her if it was ok she said yes thinking they found something worring she cleared both but that bill was crazy they charged for every bit things done including keeping her there advise not to do drop offs and ask for prices before going with it !

Short wait times; and every aspect of requested appointments is addressed with care & concern for my furry buddy. Dr. Gudgel and his staff have been consistent in that regard throughout the many years we've been visiting this practice. And it's greatly appreciated!

I called at 4pm on Friday and they were gone . Vet cares more about long weekends that caring for animals. He had left about noon a Friday I was picking up my pet and spending $800. Couldn't be there at 2pm to consult. He's very good at providing an abundance of meds and won't work with mail order refills. A bit selfish

I have gone here since i was a child. I decided to take my cat now that i am older and on my own to doc and he sliced my cats neck open with a SIMPLE blood draw. my cat is barely over a year old and a calico and she had a spunky personality and was so loving. now she is traumatized and is constantly hiding and never comes out anymore. I AM highly upset and when i mentioned that i should have been notified of what happened instead of hearing about it when i got there he said he disagreed with my opinion!!! I also had to call and ask about my cat because they never called me to let me know i could pick her up. he has no remorse and no care for animals. he needs to retire or lose his liscense ! please do not take your fur babies here. my heart hurts for my poor baby. SPREAD THE WORD!

Dr. Gudges and his staff care deeply for their patients and the patient’s families. They were very caring, patient& respectful when I had to euthanize my dear cat Aspen. She was scared at first, so Dr. G gave her a series of relaxants which made her purr & provided time for us to say “see you later.”

The office is always clean and the staff is very good with my sweet girl. They have answered my questions and worked on her in a timely manner. I appreciate the text reminders when it's time for her treatment.

New to the area and took my German Shepherd in for his annual and boosters. I also told them he had been very lethargic and not acting like himself and to check a growth that had been looked at the year previous at by our last vet. The tech was the best part of the visit. She gave our boy his boosters and listened to my concerns. The vet did not examine my boy. He did not listen to his heart and lungs, he did not check his hips, nor any other type of wellness exam. He looked at the growth and suggested surgery to remove. Overnight our boy declined further and we went to a different vet that provided an actual exam. It was discovered that he has an enlarged spleen (twice the normal size) which would have been discovered had there been an actual exam. Would not recommend this vet for your furbaby.

One of my dogs is a patient here! Everyone I have interacted with so far has been great. They send you text and email reminders which is so helpful! The only hiccup I’ve had is that an appointment I made via a third party app somehow didn’t make it to their system. I was getting ready to go and someone from the front desk checked to see if they had an opening available for the day. I appreciated how thoughtful they were.

My cat, a siamese mix named Aspen, was 12 years old. Shortly after my mother died, Aspen showed sudden signs of illness--hiding, not eating, weight loss. I took her in & a very large, non- operative cancerous tumor was wrapped around her kidney. As soon as Dr. Gudgel gave me the bad news on the phone, I choked back sobbs as I asked the obvious question, "Can we euthanize her today." He gently and kindly said, "Absolutely." My daughter and I arrived, and I faced a terrible reality. We were going to have to help her die in the next few minutes. And my heart tried so hard to bargain with her coming passing. She was very frightened, so I asked Dr. Gudgel to help her relax... I almost backed out; he explained why it was better to go ahead because she would not get any better, and each day watching her go toward a slow passing would be very hard. Dr. Gudgel arranged the meds in a series so we would have maximum time to love on her & make her passing gentle & without anxiety & pain. I cannot describe my gratitude to this gentle, brave & patient vet who knew just how to guide us through the most difficult process ever. We will always be so indebted to him & his wonderful staff. They made a very sad & difficult but necessary process so much easier, with their steadfastness & empathy. And it was meaningful & sacred. Thank you so much, Dr. Gudgel.

An absolutely wonderful facility and the vet is top notch. I needed to take my kitty in for an emergency, what I thought was a oral abcess, turned out to just be a lot of irritation and needing some teeth pulled and cleaned. The vet was kind, compassionate, respectful, and thorough. The icing on the top of the awesome care cake? Amazingly well priced! I recently moved to Dallas and my best friend and I are considering driving 2 hours south for a day trip just so our pets can be seen by the staff here!

My dog is great at home, but he's fearful of men he isn't familiar with, plus all the sounds from other dogs get him super wound up. Even though he acts like a furry crazy man while we are there, everyone treats him with kindness. 10/10 the only vet I take him to
