We just visited this store to ask a few questions about our existing account with possibly adding some data packages. We were politely greeted by Gabriel. He was the best customer service agent that I have had in quite some time. He answered every question completely and offered different solutions. With so much negativity in the world, I just wanted to give him a shout out and Thank you, you are awesome! T- mobile- you’ve got a good one!

not so bad as long as you enjoy spending more time dealing with customer service than you do using the product. Or like paying $162.00 a month for $55.00 home internet =(

Conned out of $400.00On Black Friday 2022. I was given a manager approved deal for $800 off the new Samsung 22. When I did not receive it, I notified them about it. Customer service gave me $400 then told me I had to get the rest from the manager (Alexandro, 3550 S General Bruce Dr Suite 100, Temple, TX *******) who approved the deal. Well, he admitted his wrong at our initial meeting and stated the problem would be fixed, and that he would contact me. However; he tried to ghost me. When I finally got in touch with him he stated, he literality reverse everything that he had initially told me, and said that he couldn't do anything about it and stated that I should be happy with what the $400 dollars I received. I called customer service and told them exactly what he told me. They told me that they would contact him and then contact me within seven days. Its be almost too months. They all are liars. I was conned out of paying $400 extra dollars more for this phone, which I would have never paid for had they had been honest when they sold it to me. They keep saying that there was a promotional deal to get $800 dollars off the phone with an additional line, but that is a lie. In the initial call about the problem the customer service women admitted that she checked and there was no promotion of that kind on BF-2022.But now, she saying that there was a promotion. She lied too. They can't produce any proof that so called "promotion" existed at that time. Liars.

Every 2 to 3 years I treat myself to a phone upgrade plus one or two new gadgets (tablet, jbl speakers, beats headphones, smart watch, etc.).Yesterday the employee informs me that they have experienced thefts, so the phone was locked. In addition, they didn't have the alarm key, so I wasn't even allowed to touch the phine. I walked in knowing the $2000 phone I wanted to upgrade to. I walked out feeling insulted.So me being a loyal customer for over 20 years means nothing?! I get this barbaric treatment because someone else was a thief? I'm disappointed that I was cheated out of my FEEL GOOD ritual. After all these years I get treated like my business doesn't matter by and unprofessional employee. It's time to start shopping plans elsewhere!

I walked into the store and sat down. Nobody acknowledged me. When an employee was available they went and hid, to avoid work. When another employee was available they didn't acknowledge me. I then left the store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the store at 3550 S General Bruce Dr, in Temple.

Have had nothing but issues since I went to this location. They provided us with the wrong service information, weren't fully knowledgeable of their own incentives and put in my information incorrectly. After a month I have no access to my account, don't know if any of my rebates will be honored and have no clue what my monthly bill is or how to pay it. Despite the store manager saying he will help I have not seen any progress and other employees have told us that no one at that store can help us and we are out of luck. One guy was even rude to my wife when she went in for assistance. My opinion and experience may not count for much but please be aware.

The staff was in a great mood, very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us get a new phone and I felt like the attention was specifically focused on what they could do to get us the best deals!
